First Course Down -> Many to Go!
What do you like best about the product?
The Certification Courses are nicely laid out and offer a variety of different formats for users to learn. Videos, click and follow activities, short exams are found throughout the course and if ever a user is unsure - there is an option to go back and retake the material again. There is also an abundance of "Click Here" to learn more about _____ buttons throughout the courses. This makes the ease of learning and the ease of integration into our current practices easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far - - -> nothing really stands out as not liking Procore. There is no such thing as an easy implementation of software. But PRocore tries their best to facilitate and make the implementation easy. Their are tons of support documents and live Customer Support agents to ask questions of. It will get easier as I start using it more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore offers one single source of truth which is consistent across our entire organization. It provides visibility, and transparency into our projects from all angles.
The best CM software out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one centralized location that is organized and easy to use, learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can lag sometimes. Would be nice to have more detailed markup options on the drawings, and the ability to mark up specs please!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping CM files for projects all in a single place, managing RFIs, change orders, submittals etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Handles project correspondence with subcontractors well. Good drawings tool. Daily site diary. Easy of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incident reporting tool is woeful in terms of forcing proper Incident investigation workflow.
Usage analytics and dashboards not freely available. Reporting is basic with proper reports requiring more 3rd party costs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just administrative process is more streamlined and uniform across all users.
Procore has helpful things but also could use improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about procore is the email updates and the ability for punch list to be tracked easily. The new updated submittal process is easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not remove individuals from punch items unless i click on each individual punch item. Its frustrating. Procore logging you out every 20 minutes is frustrating.

The submittal distribution process has been updated and is easier to use.
Procore is a very impressive construction management dashboard

Having all components of the PM management in one locaiton.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to find the settings that you're looking to adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of he PM tools in one location allows for a streamline product.
Superintendent Certifacation
What do you like best about the product?
Procore taught me how to use the procore app as a superintendent to benifit from the tools that are in place within Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't really find any Dislikes with the Procore system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps with the tracking of daily tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use and the number of features as well as the many integrations that are available
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain modules (commitments, change events) are a bit clunky to use and navigate at times. Not always very intuitive for first time users.

Makes our day-today mangement of our projects more efficient and simpler

Procore is user-friendly, and the interface is much easier to use than competitors' software.
As consultants, we are part of the design team on many different construction projects, so get to use all of the competitor brands.
I have to say- Procore is my No.1 favourite.
I like how my items appear on the home page when I enter the project. I don't have to do any weird searches with Procore- everything is presented to me in a simple list. I can see what Submittals are waiting for my review and when they are due.
If I'm looking for a drawing, I don't have to rummage through cumbersome searches or folders - I can just search it the same way on every project. This uniformity across all Procore projects makes life easy for me.
I love the emails also - I can just click "view online" and it just takes me there. I don't need to use my phone to obtain a code and authenticate myself everytime I want to check a small item etc. which some competitors do.
I find that Procore is stable. I can always download. It doesn't crash. I have problems with downloading on some competitors software, and I have problems with their programs crashing.
When I see that a Contractor is using Procore for a new project that I'm working on - It honestly gives me happiness and relief that I don't have to deal with the others.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would like to add a colleague to review a submittal. I have to email the contractor to do that- I think it would be useful to just add a person, but I can see from a Contractors point of view, why they wouldnt like that.
Perhaps a middle ground- like I could propose to add someone button, and then the contractor could accept.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has been a pretty good tool for use on small and large jobs. The submittal and RFI tools do what they need them to do as well as the Meetings and Specifications tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
My issues with Procore are more of the smaller details which have been pilling up. And its the little things that drive you crazy. With some fine tuning those of us that use Procore on a daily basis would save a substantial amount of time. Unfortunatly, one fo the first comments I made on "Bulk Overlays" a year or so ago was also commented on several years before that. I even called customer support on this and they were very willing to help but did not understand the why of what I was trying to do. So things are slow going with changes made from customer inputs. Which is serprising given that there are a lot of "bulk edit" options on Procore. But this is just one of many finer detail issues I have with this plateform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works well for being a one stop shop for getting information from the office to the field. I can upload documents and drawings for the guys in the field so they have easy access.
Extremely informative and exceptionally user friendly! Not boring like some of the others.
