Great All-in-One Platform, but AI Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
How big it is, it is a one-stop place for everything
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawing AI could be a bit better. The auto fill does not consistently hit the mark
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have drawings, submittals, and RFI's all in the same place
Procore Streamlines Processes and Boosts Team Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I love using procore because it streamlines our processes and has improved our efficiency by many metrics. I love being able to connect with all teams via the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really dislike anything, more customization is always good however our team has always worked hard to make sure we have a good experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all our logistics issues and streamlines our processes by being in one easy to use platform

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of going through construction processes, rfis, submittals, drawings, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization options, specifically for reporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drawings, rfi, submittal organization. benefitting projects so everyone has their information in one spot.
Great Variety of Features, but Needs More Safety and Training Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are so many options for our company to be able to get jobs done from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I would like to see more safety features, ways to tie training in or have training options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am excited about the safety hub that is coming. I can't wait to see how Safety and Procore work together to provide more data to keep job sites safe.
User-Friendly Platform with Room for Safety Feature Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is extremely user friendly and constantly involving for the user to create new avenues to make utilizing the platform easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more improvements in the safety category of procore. I think they are on track, but there is a lot of room for improvement to integrate trainings, certificates, tracking of orientations, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is currently in process of improving the safety category in the platform.
Procore Streamlines Construction Management but Extra Tools Add Up
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is an optimal construction project management software that has really helped streamline our company's day-to-day process. From bidding to punch list and every thing in between, Procore solves it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore's cost modeling can get expensive when enrolling in additional tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore makes all of our processes extremely efficient.
Great Collaboration and Visibility, but Slow Development Cycles

Collaboration and visibility into all parts of the projects

Development cycles can be slow, and priorities shift

the forever changing of the views and non user friendly

revising 360 reporting to be able to access real time data as well as history data
Great Project Organization and Budgeting, but Subcontractor Balances Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having all my data related in projects in one place. The budgeting tool is very helpful and syncs well with our accounting software, which is helpful to identify problems and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes subcontractors balances are inaccurate; there are balances on contracts that are not actually there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore enables us to have a platform that holds all our data related to projects and subcontractors submit their invoices through it as well. Having a full project team (external users as well) able to access the software is extremely helpful.
Great Centralized Tool, but Submittal Process Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized location for all aspects of construction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain workflows feel a bit cumbersome, particularly the submittal process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps us to connect the office with the field on a deeper level. It benefits us in the sense that our entire project team has all information readily available at the click of a button.
