Innovative and Always Evolving

What do you like best about the product?
The seem to be very consumer-driven. They listen to the users and typically make adjustments to the software to fit the needs of the end users. Other softwares we've dealt with in the past have had a "this is what we offer / take it or leave it" mentality. Based on customer feedback, ProCore is always evolving to meet customer needs.
If I have questions about the software, their chat boxes and FAQ sections always offer great quick info to keep us moving. Customer support is always fast and knowledgable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, we don't use the Bidding module to it fullest abilty, but I believe that is mostly due to us not doing our own due dilligence to implement it in our office. WE don't fully understand it, but customer support has offered to meet with us via Zoom meeting to discuss and demonstrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything under one roof. It all integrates together nicely and saves us time.

I'm struggling to find something to disparage. It has met all my needs for years. There are more tabs I should use more according to my VP

What do you like best about the product?
How coztumizable it is. Tools are very flexible even if you dont use them necessarely how it was intented.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mobile app could be more like the web version. Would have a better learning curve for new users

What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, I love how user friendly Procore can be. I love how it cuts my billing time in half. I enjoy having alll documents in one place and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have run into with Procore, is when contractors have the Procore set up to where certain things are not accessible. When that happens, I physically have to wait until someone makes changes on their end to be able to grant me access. It is time consuming, and not always ideal. That is more a reflection on how contractors are setting us up in Procore initially and what they are allowing us access to, not so much the day to day workings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has cut my billing time in half. When I have 30 projects that all require a specific procedures of billing, it can be very time consuming. Any project that I use Procore to bill, I get done much faster because of the user friendly interface. Billing week can be a stressful time because your on a deadline. Procore has made that much easier for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Ubiquotous. This just seems to be the tool everyone graoitates to
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. Given their project based model, it can get pricey. Simpler fro GC to recover the fee, not for others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating all stakeholders in a project and centralizing that data, documents and activities

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of helpful features but one of my favorite is being abloe to pn a punch lkist item onto a drawing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small features are absent from the mobile version and I mostly use Procore on my IPad on the job site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transfer of Custody, Punch List, Updating Project Drawings, Submittlas, Managing Project Directory, Information Distrobution

What do you like best about the product?
Having almost everything located in one service is great, punchlist is very east to use and has shown great results with subs so far. Drawings are easy to navigate and pull up old revisions. It is also easy to write and distribute meeting minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to find the right settings to use it how I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation of all things during construction.

My team would like the ability to add more customized reports than we currently can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows everyone on the project to have insight into the progress of the job. Drawings, submittals, and RFI's are all in one place. This means our team is always on the same page, there is less confusion, and less double work.
