Solid App
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of working with teams across companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the flow isn't logical -- especially with uploading documents into an estimate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows us to easily take off estimates. It offers a holistic space for all of our digital files and work.
Organization with Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great tool for keeping lots of documentation organized in one accessible place for the team. It is easy to identify the most up-to-date- drawings or files. It is easy to mark up the drawings with RFIs, find the invoivcing history of your trades, or look at jobsite photos. All of this happening in one spot with unlimited storage is perfect for keeping a team on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore does not have a good way to store videos.

making sure everyone has the most up to date infromation

Procore has tools for managing every facet of a project
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools within Procore appear to have been built at different times and by different teams, so the interface does not behave exactly the same, but I believe they are working on standardizing everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps keep track of issues that arise during the project from start to finish in a centralized place where the whole team can remain aware. Whether it is design changes, field ticket work, safety concerns, or quality issues, Procore is able to help us keep track.
Robust Program with many options
What do you like best about the product?
Procore excels at making it easy to manage large projects. With so many employees needing access to diffferent aspects of information for each job we do, Procore is the perfect place to store everything we have for easy access company wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downfall of Procore is there can be a learnign curve for employees not as tech savy. Also it comes at a steep price and each add on is a significant increase in costs, so to utilize it to its highest potential, it could cost more then comparible programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Procore solved when we brought it into our office was getting every employee weather in office or in the feild access to the informaiton they eneded when they needed it.
Great for organization
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great too to not only keep my documents in line, but also keeps my client in the loop as to what is happening on the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore offers many features and one that I dislike would be making a contract change order. There are a lot of repetitive steps and they are hard to keep track of. After doing a few of them I got the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software offers great organizational benefits to me on my jobs. Everything is on one software and the clients and other executives on the job can interact if need be.
Very useful compared to old school paper prints

Constant updating between users keeping everything up to date

A little bit of a learning curve for company admins

No more trying to keep up with new updates paper prints and having a pile of them
We have been using Procore for 6 months and it has really streamlined our office!

The seamless transition between our accounting system and Procore. It eliminated a lot of double entry situations.

I wish it was easier to access users from companies.

Procore is a good way everything for a job at your fingertips for everyone involved to have access.

Everything easily accessable regarding jobs.

Entering very long detailed SOV's takes a long time.

That I cannot fill custom made format to make asbuilts.
