What do you like best about the product?
Awesome app makes everything easier while been on the field while im doing safety audits everything is on hand hot work permits, incident reports

That sometimes it take to long to upload documents that im trying to use

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is one of the best tools that allows our company to be beyond effecient in everything we do. Procore allows us to continually grow and make changes that allows us to keep up with the changing construction industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major dislikes about Procore. There support is always there to help with issues that occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves so many issues with change management to tracking buyout and issuing contracts on time and quickly.

Tools and data integration between different suites.
I LOVE the ability to compare drawings. I have been looking for this feature for a long time.
It seems that they are trying to integrate a cost database similar to RS Means, which is a plus, but I'm not sure how complete this pricing is (RS Means has multiple price packages).

The price for ProCore subscription is substantial

Bid management - Centralized access to monitor and manage bidding activity

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features of procore are the ways in which the information is presented. There is alot of information being thrown at the user and procore makes it manageable by segmenting the information. In adittion procores use of section quizzes make sure the user understands the information beofre moving to the next section.
Upsides of these features give the user confidence in knowing that the information they are being presented is getting throgh to the user.

What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful feature about procore would be the innability to have tutorials that make the user participate instead of just watching a video or displaying an information chart.
The downsides to not actually doing the actions that procore is teaching is that users can forget what they are being taught.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is streamlining the process in which problems are identified and ultimatley solved. Getting all interested parties on the same page is an integral step in moving the project forward.
Its a good tool to track submittals and get access to the most updated drawings

Having access to the most updated drawings and site instructions
Procore is combining the work we did with multiple programs in the past.

Everything is in one place/program and the support team is great.

It's a complex program that takes a while to learn.

As I said before, everything is in one place, I'm not uusing multiple programs to manage my projects

Minor quirks that seem to be addressed over times as they are brought to the attention of staff.

Easy to use and very intuative, always being updated.

Navigation can be difficult setting up new projects with doccument files and the numerous options for subbie access.

Ease of distriubtion for drawings and specifications to all contractors ensuring that none are missed.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is intuitive for most of the things you'd regularly use, but even if you're not sure how to do or complete a task or item, their informational tools are readily available with easy-to-follow guides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues or dislikes with Procore.

Procore is good for staying organized and tracking progress/tasks throughout a project's lifespan.
