Streamlined and accessible, but pricey.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has a simple and consistent user interface. Once you get used to working in one tool, the next one will function similarly. It has also been a great change for us to have everything available in a cloud based application, instead of having to VPN into our network to access our previous on-premise solution. Initially, there was some hesitance from my employees, but now they are embracing Procore because they can see the benefits. The customer support through their chat functionality has been easy to work with and very helpful. We have the integration with Sage 300 CRE, which works pretty well and has safeguards in place so things can be approved before syncing over.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the price. It is very expensive and is broken up into separate modules. To get the best functionality, you have to at least have Project Management and Financials. It is also very frustrating how limited the reporting tools are. To get robust reports, you really need to have Analytics. Otherwise, you are very limited in what you can do. My biggest complaint is that our horizontal markups (non-contractual like general conditions) are visible on the potential change order SOV to anyone who has access to the Prime Contract. That should really be a checkbox or a granular permission. You can select for them not to have visibility of the SOV on the Prime Contract, but that doesn't carry forward to potential change orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is making it much easier for field staff to have access to current project information. It also makes it easier for our employees to do things like create punch list items or RFI's out on the jobsite instead of having to wait until they are back to the trailer. It is boosting efficiency.
Pretty useful
What do you like best about the product?
All the Bim and DWG folders being viewable in documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Specifications section is clunky, and drawing revisions can be difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking drawing reviews is very useful with the submittals tool. Keeping drawing lists through procore is handy for adding to subcontracts.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great way to manage your project.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the frequency of changes is great, sometimes the changes aren't for the better.

It helps me manage my jobs

I like the multi-platform cross compatability, that I get a seamless experience on the browser on my computer, on my phone, and iPad etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I run in to a few bugs, most prevalent in the "Specifications" tool. I wish that tool worked more simliarly to the "Drawings" tool.

Procore is a familiar platform across the industry that helps create a consistent experience across many projects over time for both our Clients and our Trade Partners.

I like that it is a user friendly program that can be shared with an unlimited amount of trades for our projects

It is unable to make a duplicate submittal package for easier process to send out

Procore makes it easier for all trades involved to get the most current updates on the project simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
The training Prcore is unmatched. Platforma is extremely user-friendly and has 1 location for all information. Live-chat is wonderful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like using Prcore and have no complaints. I have used other construction software, and they do not compare to Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have our subcontractors access free of charge through our invitation helps alleviate mistakes onsite.
Efficient Tool for Contractors and Owners
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is best used as a documentation and sharing tool between trades and owners. It allows all contractors on a site to be viewing most up to date information that can live in your pocket. In addition you can effectively communicate between trades, and within your company on a project through photos, tasks, schedules, and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Different companies procore projects need to work seemlesly on the same project so there is less unnessesary data entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation on projects is our biggest use of the software. i am able to effectively communicate issues while keeping documentation in one concise place

What do you like best about the product?
The adjustability per discipline. There are a lot of ways to keep tract or various jobs and workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions seem repetitive and could be combined for easier field use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The size or work my company does means there are hundreds of workers, this allows all of us working on a job to coordinate seamlessly and keep work schedules organized and up to date with any mistakes or opperations that need changing.

I wish there was more access for admins on a project level.

The design team being able to create items. Which helps me to review them and assign to subs.
