Procore for CA
What do you like best about the product?
It lets you monitor a project's progress both through construction and administratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime photo downloads are problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting down on excuess from the GC and or subs not doing their jobs and or responsabilities.
Procore is an amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has great tools for managing construction projects. I love the different tools and the flexibility it provides. Support team is amazing as well as their online resources. The tools are easy to learn and use. As part of Document Control, I use procore full time to keep all projects well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not enought flexibility in the tools. It's not easy to run with GCs or other team members who don't have Procore and lack of coordination when they do have their own Procore system. There is also only a few tools where you cannot tag or update, such as specifications which is critical for Changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for organization and document control.
Very easy to understand
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based, not slugish, intuitive. Use it daily, very easy to adapt to and customer support is very helpful. ERP integration is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a troubleshooting or error code lookup for when something doesn't link to ERP. The strictness of a Workflow locking a record as approved and not being able to make small changes. (I'm pretty sure we can change the workflow's last step to pending until we approve it) Creating insurance reports? Reports on last used date for companies, challenge of creating reports with only more than one module (directory/financials together?) Not being able to have a user in multiple companies: A developer might be on different projects, but each project uses a different entity name under which they operate; not being able to delete a user once they have been added with an incorrect email address
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More cooperation with subcontractors. Tracking changes to a record is very useful. Accountability is important. Having Daily Reports entered in the field. Access to updated drawings via permissions.
Procore is a great website to bring all the facets of project management together.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very efficient for quickly reviewing projects, safety statistics and all other facets of project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not the most intuitive for employers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of all of our safety/QAQC paperwork effectively.
Procore's PM Tool make managing Projects Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I am the main Prococre contact for our 40+ person project-team on a sizable project in the Pittsburgh, PA area. During implementation, I worked with Procore's admin team to build/customize Procore to work for us. With Procore's "out of the box" functionality, and the ability to create custom soltions, integration was fairly simple. We have structured our use of Procore to be a collaborative environment that allows the CM team, Owner, Design Team and Subcontractors to access a multitude of information in a streamlined, easy, user friendly fashion. Each and every one of the project stakeholders accesses the information and utilizes the built-in processes Procore offers, daily. Our team opted for the basic PM tools available, but I'm confident that Procore's other tools would be just as exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occationally we run into "glitches" but Procore's customer service is outstanding. They help work through the issues and resolve quickly. If there are items that require more time to solve, their communication is thorough.
My biggest gripe is the OCR on the Drawings Tool when uploading new documents. Review and updating the drawings is more cumbersome than other PM programs I have used. I would love to see improvements in this tool.
One other item that my team often complains about is the changing of Tools. Particularly the Meetings Tool, the old interface was much more user friendly and easier to find meetings.

Being able to keep our documents updated in "real-time" ensures that all stakeholders have access to the current documents and drawings. This allows us to prevent QC issues and avoid costly and unsafe rework.
Highly usable tools
What do you like best about the product?
The order of information and worflows, and procore drive, procore imports
What do you dislike about the product?
The short implementation time of the financial and estimation tools, since it is a very extensive module.

What do you like best about the product?
PROCORE is an exceptional tool that allows me to thoroughly document my business day, providing a plethora of pictures as irrefutable evidence of my daily activities. Additionally, it serves as a perfect platform for tracking my endeavors and presenting them in an organized and visually appealing manner to my clients, making my life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
If only there was an easier approach to adding short movies to PROCORE! Maybe including an intuitive interface or supporting larger file formats could enhance user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using PROCORE to track punch list items has greatly improved our efficiency and eliminated the need for physically transporting them, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Being easy yet robust allows wide acceptance in construction industry
What do you like best about the product?
Wide acceptance in industry allowing rapid implementation of updates and well organized tools to run project smoothly. We use Procore daily, integration into our progress has been very smooth from day one. On another note, when we did require customer support, assistance was provided very quickly with additional relevant information and quick guide to achieve what we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to bulk delete uploaded daily log photos while in the log tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows easy tracking and record keeping to all updated drawings as well as tools for requesting and adjusting revisions from applicable consultants
Best and user friendly software
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is easy to use and I use this to creating a bid packages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features not available which other competitors has.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been using Procore for years, however, some of their new lien waiver and payment tools have made managing hundreds of subcontractors much easier. Being able to mange lien waivers and their approvals through one website, as well as sending payments, we have almost a one stop shop for our accounting needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No one loves customer service. And although Procore has a great Help/Support tool, it still can be tricky to get to the right person to solve the problem you're having. Their customer service is great. But there can always be improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage hundreds of subcontractors and having them all have access/uploading capabilites to Procore for your internal review allows us to do our job more efficiently.
