Streamlining the process

What do you like best about the product?
ProCore streamlines the process and makes it easier to implement the reports needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like there was some information that did not apply to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that this will benefit the Admin team when we do "billings" each month. I like the fact that we can include Lien Waivers as attachments.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore customer service is amazing. They are very communicative and talking to them about any issues is very easy. It's very nice to log in and see all of my projects on a dashboard as soon as I log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ERP integration with SAGE can be tricky - not sure how much of that is Procore's fault but something to note!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of projects, at-a-glance, etc are very useful tools in Procore. It's SUCH an easy program to learn to use. There's plenty of help articles and the customer service team is very responsive.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is one source of truth for plans, specifications, and site documents across multiple different projects. This stops confusion and makes sure everyone is on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Procore sends too many email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the problem of document management on our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore keeps me organized and helps track all the items that need to be submitted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools are hard to use because they do not integrate well with some of our other company systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps keep all our drawings and documents organized and saved in the same place for easy access.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having everything tied together in one program, it makes for easy navigation and information gathering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration of documents/PDFs in Procore seems difficult and/or repetitive. It's great when all parties are using Procore, but uploading and downloading files that get emailed back and forth can get frustrating. Or having to download and save PDFs in temporary locations in lieu of having it save straight into the Documents section of Procre adds a lot of extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting tasks/observations to Change Events more directly so we don't lose site of how items are connected to each other.

Dependency of Support team on third party Support team for integration issues

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great way to keep your project organized and to keep the chain of communication between multiple people concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitches/Website is down more often then I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Open items / anything that is over due is always brought yo your attention by Procore, which helps us get back on schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
That all documents and communication can take place on the same platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful about Procore is the changing of the submittal names in the workflows. Not allowing admins to bulk edit those without reaching out to Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overlaying drawings helps with coordination issues. This is helpful. Organization of project tools is also helpful

Excellent, Easy to Use, and Time Saving

What do you like best about the product?
Procore makes the workflow of Drawings, RFI's and Submittals extremely easy and streamlined. Using Procore saves a great deal of time for administrative and management employees. The ability to view, edit, and markup construction drawings/RFIs/submittals in the field and in meetings via the Procore app is so valuable in many ways. Customer Service and Support is second to none. Procore's Live Chat Help is an excellent feature, makes using the program more accessible and feasible for even the least tech-savvy users, and greatly helps the ease of implementing Procore for companies & new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore seems to be geared more for use by a General Contractor or Construction Management company. Thus, as a subcontractor (Electrical Contractor), some tweaks need to be made in regards to the distribution & notification processes. In my opinion, Procore should make a version that's primarily geared for subcontractors and vendors: i.e. eliminate direct correspondence with the client's design team (architects & engineers), as subcontractors don't typically correspond directly with these parties. Also, add vendors/suppliers to the Procore workflow process and Project Roles; ability to correspond with vendors & suppliers via Procore--and streamline the flow of submittals, drawings, RFI's, etc. to our vendors.
