Procore Makes Plan Management Effortless and User-Friendly

Fantastic Tools and Support, but Mobile UI/UX Needs Improvement

Quality of the tools are fantastic. My company isn’t sitting by watching long page loads and the interface is intuitive. The plethora of tools is a huge win. We

What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile experience is good. I deal in mobile architectures and practices. Sometimes taking the extra cost to build native for mobile is the best way forward. Instead of a common react theme that is really meant for web, you get mobile first designs that follow industry standards. And you can have more control over a tailored experience. It’s simple enough as is but doesn’t really fit into mobile best practices for UI/UX
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardization of process and data insights. Two huge needs we get using Procore,

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is an extremely powerful and customizable Construction Management platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost to license can be prohibitive, but there is strong ROI if you stick with it.

Coordinating overall construction projects, streamlining communications.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore centralizes all project management functions—documents, RFIs, submittals, and schedules—into one platform, making collaboration across teams efficient and transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I can criticize, except for the learning curve.

AI enables the seamless linking of all processes through streaming, creating a more integrated workflow.
Great Collaboration and Insights, but Pricey

We use it for our BIM coordination and it is very helpful with the flypaper integration. Excited to see the new AI features

Great Info Hub, But Not Compatible with Government Software

one stop shop for information. Great for contracting.

cannot use with Gov software. Not all the tools talk to each other. Can not run more then one Procore at a time

Procore Centralizes Documents and Improves Field Accuracy, but Needs Affordable In-Person Training
What do you like best about the product?
Procore enables our company to access all essential documents through a single platform. I especially appreciate the inspections feature, which lets our users view information in real time. This has helped reduce errors in the field as they happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect I find lacking is the absence of reasonably priced, in-person one-on-one classes for learning how to implement new tools. I wish such options were available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has been instrumental in streamlining our Quality and Safety observations on site. We are also looking forward to utilizing the recently added Project Management, Financials, and Resource Planning tools.
Great for Streamlining Daily Processes

Streamlining processes that I use everyday.

Procore can sometimes be laggy on the website

Punch list tool. WE recently implemented SOP's to use the punch list tool to take and distribute punch items
