Easy to Use and Versatile, but Slow Issue Resolution and Poor Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to locate everything, and I also like that it can be used for a variety of purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated by how much time it sometimes takes to resolve issues, as well as the lack of clear communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great Collaboration Features, but Customer Support Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps the job current and accessible, allowing several people and companies to collaborate effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I encounter an issue, customer support does not seem as knowledgeable or communicative as they should be. Since this program is sometimes used for payroll, any problems with entering timesheets that cannot be resolved quickly become a significant concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I have nothing to add.

nothing.its amazing. although there are so many good sessions going on, some of the conflict and on the same time. its impossible to attend 2 of the sessions I like because they're at the same time

It’s versatility and its ability to combine all types of data together

Some parts are clunky and hard to use, not as much easability between tools and between instances

Procore: Excellent Project Centralization, but Invoicing and Budgeting Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Procore is that it centralizes all construction documents and information in a single, connected platform. The inclusion of the scheduling feature makes it even more valuable, providing project managers with a comprehensive solution for managing projects efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The invoicing and budgeting features can feel somewhat cumbersome and are not particularly intuitive for project managers and owners to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has been instrumental in improving coordination among all users involved in the project. It enables the general contractor to efficiently share information with subcontractors, ensuring that communication is both timely and effective. Additionally, Procore assists in tracking tasks that need to be completed, helping to make sure everything is finished on schedule.
Great for Drawings and Transparency, but Lacks Resource Planning Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to upload drawings to various projects while allowing markups. Also providing transparency for daily logs and budgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the platforms are limited, not a lot os user ease or capabilities with resource planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves our inefficiencies with scheduling and budgeting as well as transparency to our owners. It gives us an organized approach to document management including field documents and drawings.
Great for Shared Info, But Tool Changes Are Difficult
What do you like best about the product?
common information is housed for all parties to view
What do you dislike about the product?
getting changes made to the tools is not always possible or easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing common place for all photos and daily logs allows our field teams to "paint a picture" for the office team (project management). The financial management is helpful for viewing project performance and forecasting.
Great Usability and Support, but Drawing Upload Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The usability and customer support are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Drawing upload is a bit long, and some other functions in Procore seem to have one too many steps.
