Excellent Tool for Subcontractors

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great tool for subcontractors to better integrate their office and field teams together. Field teams can provide instant feedback in the form of pictures from site visits showing actual field conditions to determine installation readiness, or challenges that may need to be addressed. Daily logs can also be provided to illustrate progress made or issues they may be facing that the office staff can then report to their client. With Procore's easy to use mobile application, even our veteran installers who have been doing things using pen and paper for over twenty years were able to make the switch to a fully digital system using Procore after only a few weeks of us implementing it. During out initial setup of Procore, their professional and attentive staff helped us get up and running with it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When uploading our installation drawings with the "Drawings" tools as a subcontractor, it would help if we were able to apply the "Disiciple" to all pages of our drawings all at once with a second option other than the, "Apply to all with prefix".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping the communication between our field and office teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow feature is helpful to automatically generate and pass amongst each responsible reviewer in the workflow, and has fairly interpretive instruction for the distribution process as well. Additionally, I like the drawing upload and documentation aspect of Procore too.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it isn't necessarily a bad thing, there are some kinks to be worked out that create restricted options within Procore. For example, having an option to assign one mandatory response to a team of people within a workflow for submittals or RFI(s) would be so much more helpful than having to only select one, which presents issues if they are out of office, or multiple people on a design team are capable/responsible for uploading responses. Also more capability for concurrent reviews between multiple parties, as the engineers can be completing their review whilst the consultant is, but due to Procore's options, it's limited in assigning it in that manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow management, procurement tracking, submittal tracking and distribution. It is smoothlining the process for getting items approved and ordered, as well as questions or RFI(s) addressed.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Procore is its focus on collaboration, which greatly enhances project efficiency and teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Procore is its limited focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM), which could be improved to better support comprehensive project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore not only fosters collaboration within our team despite physical distance but also encourages and enforces organization. This ensures that our project workflows remain structured and efficient, ultimately leading to smoother operations and successful project outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple information in just one Project Tool and a very good customer support service. I

Sometimes is very slow and we cannot sync more that 3 items at once.

Budget, invoicing, daily logs, pictures. Customer service is fast and very helpful.

The ERP with QuickBooks does not treat retainage correctly.
