Procore for Subcontractor
What do you like best about the product?
Compilation of project information in one place. Financial processing and invoicing in AIA format with integration to Quick Books.
What do you dislike about the product?
Financial forecasting and revenue tied to schedule are not mature products within the program

Streamlines customer invoicing into a single system that is capable of consistent and industry standard formatting.

Change Events....................
Change Events have too much going on with costs. ROM's, Over/Under, Out of Scope, and IN Scope. Plus the wording in this module is NOT CONSTRUCTION RELATED. I think this could simplified and more user-friendly.
PCO'S..........
The PCO's is pretty easy to use. However, if you don't have your pricing set up PERFECTLY in the Change Event, you will have -0- PCO. and since there is no PCO tab in the toolbar, you have to go through several areas to find the PCO, then you have to change the status back to DRAFT to delete it. Once it's deleted you have to go all the way to the Change Event. Figure out what you did wrong, correct, and recreate the PCO. UGGGHHH I HATE this. It doesn't look like Procre plans on changing it either.

Easy and Robust
What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need to manage a project is included in the program. I especially like the ability to organize documents and how Procore saves all previous versions so you can go back to the original document if someone made a mistake. The drawing and specification tools are extremly robust and are easy to keep everything organized. Our efficiency has increased exponentially ever since we changed our software to Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Procore should advertise their certification courses more so more contractors, subcontractors and project managers know how to use it. I think Procore's software is a game changer for managing projects and it is ashame that not everyone is familiar with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing submittals and drawings have been a nightmare before using procore. Architects would make edits and they would get mixed up with the original submittals. Procore saves every version that is uploaded into the progam and makes the most up to date version available to those who have permissions. It has helped us keep everything organized and allows us to work on our submittals more efficiently.

Simple and Detailed Training Course
What do you like best about the product?
I found it most helpful that the training course went through just about every instance and showed the ease of implementation in a detailed manner. The training course will be valuable to revisit during our stages of implementation as well as continued learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are in the implementation process so it is somewhat hard to grasp how our current roles will fluctuate or change completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel it will assist in jobsite management, ensuring that the office staff obtains the necessary details of each individual project, as well as ensuring that each project has a detailed and tailored service that fit the needs of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is displayed well and organized. Great customer support and helpful tips on the resource page. Ease of use!

No dislikes, I've used Procore in the past, and currently, no dislikes.

To regulate our projects transparency.
Informative and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything that our projects need is kept in one place and once you have done the Procore learning courses, it is quite easy to get on with. Procore also has a lot of features that you can use or not use depending upon your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can seem like there is going to be a lot of extra paperwork to do with all the different things to fill in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everything in one place without loads of folders to keep the tradition endless reams of paper.
Contruction Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can manage an entire project on the application. They are very helpful if you have an idea or need support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow at times and if it goes down on occasion it cripples your ability to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the cost management software problems in our industry. I hope they continue to develop this side of the software.

Letting me do take offs in a shorter period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some problems with downloads and a few with scales 3/64 unavailable. The auto count is okay, but needs it to be more accurate, there are some bugs in it. would like to see it searchable like blue beam for a specific fixture, then let me know where it is on the plans.

I've been using Procore for 8 yrs and its the best construction software I've seen in my 30 yrs.

Daily Log made easy. Tracking made easy. Features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than the cost there is no downside.

Tracking materials, deliveries, manpower, weather, delays.
