Good PM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to understand. Integrates well with QB.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything seems to be an add on to the initial software. Cost seems high as you also need a financial software

scheduling, better tracking POs, more up to date PNL
Plethora of Tools and Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Procore's customer support is top notch. Videos and FAQs available to answer questions about all of its many tools, means its easy to learn about and how to utilize each tool. Any questions or concerns are received with prompt and thorough responses from their live customer support team. I've also had great success with customization of templates, meaning I can adapt the available tools to meet the needs of our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be redundancies in terminology and language that can be confusing to common users. For example, a Potential Change Order (PCO) and Prime Contract Change Order (PCCO) have similar acronyms that can be confusing and have similar formats that are easy to misunderstand which is which. I would also note that the amount of tools can be overwhelming to a new user, and while the introductory tutorials can be useful, they miss why/how someone might utilize the tool in their project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore provides a clear and concise file management system to delineate the multiple projects we are managing at any given time, within each of the projects we manage drawing submittals and approvals, drawing versions, documentation and project tracking and financial management in terms of labor, materials and subcontractors.
Great software to use for Construction
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is easy to use. For the most part everything is intuitive, but if not, I've utilized the "Live chat" function many times and every rep i've communicated with has been so friendly and helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about Procore currently. We're a small company so we're using the basic functions and this is good enough for us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Construction project management. The projects we have on Procore allow us to keep each project organized and up to date. We can see which team members and who the client/architects are on the project's "home" page as well as a quick overview on what is outstanding.

What do you like best about the product?
The balance of company-level standardization and project-specific flexability.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations that seem somewhat random. ie. the limits of custom fields for given tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is using the inspections tool very heavily due to the customizations avaialble. We currently add photos directy in the inspections tool rather than using the photos tool and then trying to ID photos to the correspoding inspection ID. That function works well, but when pulling the data/photos thru the open API to a BI report, the photos are still not ID'd to the inspection where they came from. Procore is helping use thru this issue and it will be a huge value add to our external reports.
Great course on general competence items for my discipline.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how well it works across all of the tools. It makes managing projects significantly easier in the field and in the office. The customer support is top notch. They can typically solve any issues you might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish Procore would take customer input and implament it, especially when it can make big differences in process improvements. Such as bulk editing certain aspects in the submittal tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes multiple programs and condenses them into one location and one program that's accessible from anywhere there's internet.
Procore is very user friendly and very easy to navigate.

Very user friendly and organized so you know where to find everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes get technical with the whole ERP aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reports are very telling. Helps PM's understand the financial side of their costs too.
I've only gone through some initial training and had some minor previous experience and love it

Everything. It's UI is superior. I really like how everything is interconneceted and easy to use.

Having found anything I dislike. Maybe the price ;-)
