Superintendent
What do you like best about the product?
Daily reminderes to sub trades for deficiencies. Keep everything easily accessible and managable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to search for items. When topics come up that I need certain submittals sometimes hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the subs in the knowledge of whats going on daily.
Procore is great for working with contactors and daily use
What do you like best about the product?
I use procore daily and is my main tool for work.
Procore is great for keeping drawings and specifications and I love that I can look at past revisions and update it easiliy. Having all of the drawings in one place is very helpful. I love that I can click on hyperlinks to go to details.
I store all of my files on Procore. Having all of my files accessible and synced with the web and my computer is super helpful. I can place items in folders and coworkers or subcontractrs can access them or be emailed to specific people. I use the email feature when files are too large for my regular email.
I store thousands of photos in procore of my job and I use this frequently when issues arise or to document the project.
I take notes of all of my meetings in procore. This is great for keeping track of minutes.
Integrations with apps for models and 3d walkthroughs like cupix and openspace are a nice feature. Integration with software used by design firms would also be helpful.
Procore has been constantly adding new features over the last 5 years I've used it. They allow constructive critism and sugestions for changes and their customer service updates users when they take their advice and start working on adding new features.
Overall I am very happy with Procore.

What do you dislike about the product?
Procore sends alot of emails while this is usually a good thing there is a point where its overwhelming. I tend to actually ignore many emails because I receive too many. I know there are settings to adjust this, but it's hard to find the right balance of what NEEDS to be sent and what doesn't. Things like an email for each punchlist item are one thing that I need to know they are due or completed, but if they were grouped it would be much easier to sort though.
I wish there was an easier way to display submittals like in the drawings tools. I have worked on design build projects for industrial power generation. I had hundreds of drawings from a partner company for MEP equipment that was to be installed. Because they were not from the lead design firm there were not formated like drawings from architects (title blocks and consitent naming conventions). I needed them added to the drawings tool and with alot of difficulty was able to do so, but it was a constant strugle for the 2 projects (continuous over 3.5 years) that were done this way.
the meetings tool changed in the last year and it's messier. I have meetings that continue though the project with owners and subcontactors and I don't often need the list of all 50 OAC meetings and all 50 contractor meetings displayed.
There needs to be a button to go back to the last drawing on the computer. This exists in the app for ipad or phone, but not on the web version. I use this all the time if I am on my phone, but on the computer it's a frustration.
Having meeting minutes emailed in the body of the email would be helpful. Often contractors do not log in to read them.
One helpful item would be to reverse lookup a detail and see where it is called out on a drawing.

Procore Review
What do you like best about the product?
The new format for RFI's and Submittals have been a big help. I love the availability of pictures and the use of models from the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult/time consuming to review multiple revisions of the same drawings and requires me to have multiple windows open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of drawing access. I can see them and all revisions no matter where I am. This goes along with submittals and RFI's so that I can keep up to date on status'.
Procore Review
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the best construction management software I have used over my 25+ year career. It allows our teams to manage all of our projects from the office and field through a user-friendly platform or app. Additionally, their customer support is hands down the best of all industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ERP with Quickbooks is challenging, as there is no ability to see detailed costs for specific budget codes on the Procore side. We have found this to be on Quickbooks' side. They are expensive!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are open to hearing challenges, and their customer support works diligently to solve problems.
I love Procore
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization. It is easy to access and find all categories and information. It's very user friendly and intuitive to the processes of AEC industry folks in a construction project. The reports - daily and observations - is a great and easy to use tool for documenting these things. The drawing organization option with "Sets" is very helpful to the team to understand and keep straight packages of documents issue for certain purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pay application process being performed under the "Invoicing" tab feature works well. However, there has been some confusion and difficulties with processing the pay applications and certifying them - as an Architect is supposed to do on the pay application cover - with teams on a couple projects. Many owners are not keen on using that feature yet becaues of their procols and reluctance to embrace this method. I think it could work well, but requires contractors and owners to understand how to manage and set up their pay applications well because it is a critical and sensitive document control process in construction. I am not sure how to do that other than a tutorial or video that is readily available to train them with that feature in the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of any problems other than what I mentioned about the difficulties with the Invoicing pay application process.
User friendly, could use some upgrades
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to navigate after a short time of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the timesheet function does not have a "chain of custody", similar to RFIs and Submittals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't say it's solving a problem. but it's beneficial for sharing information with a team without accidentally allowing access to sensitive information.
Extremely Intuitive and User-friendly experience!!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore does so much heavy lifting for Construction Management Professionals. The ease of use and expanding number of features is such a time saver and streamlines the processes used in construction. Customer Support is also extremely quick and always resolves the issue same-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely cant think of any at this time. I've been an avid proponent of Procore since first using it in 2016. In that time, I've worked at outher companies using BuilderTrend, PlanGrid, AutoDesk, CMIC, ProLog, and Procore destroys the competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking submittals, rfi's, change orders, estimates, distribution of drawings and documents, safety logs, manpower, punch lists.
Procore is the tool for project teams looking for efficiency.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to integrate with Primavera P6 and Bluebeam. All of the project processes can be managed through PROCORE. Easy to implement in any project. The number of features inside the platform make it more efficient to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not change anything right now in Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the parties inside a project can participate and use it to keep the information of the project updated.
Procore in the field
What do you like best about the product?
The user freindly interface and fuctinality
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost tends to drive smaller contractors from implementing it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comunication of all the construction doc's.
Procore
What do you like best about the product?
I have been utlilizing Procore daily for 3 years now and I keep learning about new ways it can help me organize and manage my construction projects. I am happy to say we are now incorporating Procore Financial tools into our firm and I am excited at the possibilities. We are implementing the training now and go live in 3 weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if full functionality existed in both Procore Drive and Web. It seems some document uploading and viewing work best in Drive and Photo viewing is best in Procore web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is our primary project management software and with the addition of the financial tools it will help to simplify our processes.
