The All in One Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Procore is that it is a combination of multiple, separate, tools that I had previously used. This is going to save all of our teams time, allowing them to focus on more important tasks/items instead of processing items through multiple systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find a tool that I feel will not benefit our teams in one way or another. The Procore team seems to be updating the system with new tweaks to continue to improve the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore eliminates the need to jump from program to program to complete a task. It makes it very easy to directly collaborate with others on items that previously would have needed to be emailed, updated, sent back, and so on. I also feel the historical data that Procore keeps will be very valuable in preventing files from going missing or identifying who and what changes were made to specific items.

What do you like best about the product?
The application was to the point and easy to use. The periodic checks on learning and walkthroughs were helpful in fulfilling the course.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a little more walkthroughs and pracitcal exercises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping manage projects by bringing everyone together and increased communication.
Financial Management Training Review
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Procore are the interactive videos and quizzes. The trainings are thorough and do a great job of keeping the user engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually do not have any dislikes about Procore at the moment. I have used Procore for a while and the new additions are great. Instead of having to use multiple applications, I love having everything I need on the same app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing the financial management aspect so that every tool/document that is used during the lifecycle of a construction project is on the same application.
Perfect tool for project management and team coordination.
What do you like best about the product?
Drawings and specifications tool - no need to carry the heavy weights everywhere you go!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Technology dependendancy in case if you do not have the wifi/network then you cannot get the work done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transperancy and accountability between team members increase the efficiency.
Great Expectations Expected and Surpassed
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has a full suite of features, others simply have parts and pieces. One Solution works best!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have to be overall cost of gaining access. As property owners we do not generate our income base on the cost of construction and profit associated with the cost of construction. We consider the construction work a cost of doing business. So the current pricing model is calculated based on assumed profits in the business of construction that we do not generate. We do a great dael of construction, just not to collect our revenue from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we had Procore it would be a complete solution for construction budget forcasting, estimating and project management

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent resource for our PM staff to stay on track with vendors and owners for their projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slightly complicated to maneuver when you don't use it everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everyone in communication!

What do you like best about the product?
I think the consolidation of activity helps me see several metrics at once on the home page or just a few clicks away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of .pdf documents are illegible when zoomed in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not need to contact field supervision in most cases, when planning an inspection. I can see crew details, daily log info, observations, etc. right from the home page.
Streamlined Software
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to have everything associated with a construction project in one place. There's no more of having to use several different programs for different aspects of the project. Everything is in one place and I don't have to hunt for critical information. I also like that it is simple for subcontractors to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly enjoy the mark-up features. It is cumbersome to use. It could definitely be simpler to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is getting all of my information in one place. Timesheets, daily logs, photos.
Lot of useful information, easy to learn.

Information: quantity, quality, quick acces.
