Great Centralized Access, but Frequent Updates Disrupt Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Single platform for all stakeholders to access most up to date documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve for some and continuous minor updates modify your regular workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single point of document control - We've been able to get buy in from design team & owner to utilize Procore as single platform. This allows the team to work more efficiently.

Essential Tool for Construction Management

What do you like best about the product?
I find Procore's setup process straightforward, thanks to their clear implementation roadmap, which simplified the initial stages for us. I love how Procore acts as a central spot of truth for our construction projects, allowing our project managers and superintendents to stay in sync effortlessly. The creation of a comprehensive database of documented data is incredibly valuable for numerous applications. I appreciate the varied and useful features Procore offers, like daily logs, drawing tools, safety inspections, RFI, financials, forecasting, commitments, and dashboards. Knowing Procore's commitment to continual investment in new technology, services, and features keeps me confident in their ability to innovate. The team's active involvement in new developments and seeking user feedback is noteworthy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing structure could be improved. Specifically, offering some kind of discount for long-term users would be beneficial. Staying with Procore for several years without a pricing incentive feels challenging. It would be nice to be rewarded for loyalty with a discount the longer you remain with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore as a central spot of truth for our construction projects, enhancing team alignment and creating a comprehensive database, which is beneficial for various purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of communication between team members
What do you dislike about the product?
Access to some tools are slow to access. There is a lot of back and forth clicking. I would like to see central access to tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the project information in one central location allows all project team members to share information and communicate.

What do you like best about the product?
I love our account team at Procore and how they truly listen to us and our needs to help us find the best solution. They truly care and want to build a platform that makes our lives better.
What do you dislike about the product?
We frequently see pretty slow load times when navigating between pages in Procore. It makes it harder for operations to buy-in when they have to wait longer than they're used to just to switch pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping our project managers stay in one platform for most of their day-to-day activities. The less they have to switch between softwares, the better!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the product is so integrative within other softwares, making it seamless to communicate between platforms. It is so convenient that you can get all tasks of project execution done within one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore can be slow from time to time. Additionally, it would be helpful if there was more instruction around the different types of Change Events, and how those can affect the budget tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving the problem of having every department of a project (Corporate, operations, etc.) work in separate platforms to get one project done. With Procore, we are all able to work within the same product, able to talk back and forth between tools to ensure everything is getting done properly.

Great Collaboration and Integration, but Needs More Polished Tools and Fewer Updates

What do you like best about the product?
collaboration across departments, accountability, integration with accounting has been a game changer
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequency of changes is too high. I wish there was more emphasis on making things easier and better, rather than just adding more features. Some tools are overdue for updates and lag behind others. New tools, like prequal and pay, shouldn't be released until they're fully ready. If you do release them early, it's frustrating that customers are expected to pay for tools that aren't fully developed.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all the data centralized in one location makes it easy to access, whether you're out in the field or working in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a limited level of experience, so there is a learning curve for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our safety department has just begun exploring ProCore. Up until now, we haven't had much experience with it.

Great Data Visibility, but Inspections and Incidents Need Modernization

What do you like best about the product?
From the managers perspective, the ability to see project specific and all company data is crucial. Assigning observations and corrections is key to keeping our projects safe and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the systems like inspections and incidents feel archaic and stiff, even after customization. The learning curve for those creating templates is a bit steeper than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication across our sites and taking the load of generating reports a organizing documents off my plate. With the Safety road map I have seen so far there will be a lot more problems solved but for now it's primarily keeping relevant data on the correct project and keeping the applicable teams informed.
