Procore Comprehensive Review
What do you like best about the product?
The all-encompassing nature of its services. It can take your project from preconstruction all the way to closeout.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain things that seem redundant or more complicated than necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really making itself into the go-to software platform for all things construction. It is helping mitigate risk, manage quality control, create constant flows of communication, and documetn storage. It is a comprehensive, all-inclusive software.
I had a great experience using Procore
What do you like best about the product?
I had a great time with this training. I found it very informative and conducive to my learning as a potential candidate for project manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked how some of it was repeteitve and lengthy. I feel as though it could have been summarized at times to shorten the length of the course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving problems regarding the efficeiency and accuracy of the construction management role as a whole. It allows for a united, and easy access for all members of a construction project to collaborate and ensure they are on the same terms.
All in one, easy to use and manage software.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is easy to use. Procore is an all in one tool that supports the construction manager in managing trade partners, architects, onwers, and internal affairs alike. Document control, tracking, visual overviews, and company to company/ person to person information flow are made easy using procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Garbage in is garbage out. It wont do the work for you! Though, I have had difficulties with the specification to submittal log output. At times even just creating the specifications. This is usual fixed by submitting packages in multiple smaller uploads. Still learning.

My experience has been great Procore does everything a PM would need to be successful at their job.
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and you can work on Word and the scehdule and excel through the Procore software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many conditions on some areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The formatting and the process by which subs can use this. It will make my life easier becasue of this.
Very straight forward and easy to follow lessons and an overall great layout

Very easy to naivgate and seems to have every desriable feature needed to be successful in a daily work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet about the program.

The ability to have everything organized into one simple easy to use program with lots of way to attach images and notes. This is what a true construction program should work like.

Straight forward and a lot of options for organizing a project.

Seem to be chaning permissions all the time.

Communication between subs and tracking of all documents/information.
Helpful, but needs more integration

I like that jobs are easy to navigate and summaries are easy to find
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was easier import data from accounting software (computerease). Automating that data transfer would be hugely beneficial. It is also annoying when entering direct costs to a job that each time I select a new job, I have to navigate to direct costs after selecting the job, rather than directly loading into the direct costs section that I was previously on on the other job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not for my role specifically, but billing through Procore is very helpful in managing subcontractor invoices.
Procore is easy to learn and makes very efficient use of my time.

Procore can be used in many ways to help make your valuable time efficient, effective, and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something I do not like about Procore. The more I use it, the easier it is to use.

Procore has made my time super efficient! Using Procore, I can multitask and know that Procore is part of a business plan that is helping make my job successful.
Procore is a an amazing tool for contractors and the client.

It is precise and more user friendly that I thought it was. The functions are super easy to use and applies to all aspects of construction managing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many steps to integrate If you the beginner product.

Keeping track of all my contracts and directory.
Procore PM Tool for Specialty Contractors
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using procore is that the workers in the field are able to see the files you want them to see, and they can submit mark-ups, pictures, questions, etc. based on that document. It also gives you the ability to link documents to others for easy reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. There is a lot of set up work to do behind the scenes, and sometimes the permissions can be tedious.
2. I would like to be able to download drawings, RFI's, Specs, Submittals, etc. directly from the GC's Procore to our Specialty Contractors Procore account. This would save a lot of time during the set up of our jobs.
3. I would like to be able to export in bulk (similar to drawings) for RFI's; Change orders; etc. So all documents can be downloaded for a specific trade like electrical.
