It provides easy ways of project coordination within physical and virtual team members.
The most versatile, innovative and informative tool on the job site.
What do you like best about the product?
It can do everything from a single app and goes in to detail in very aspect.

Not everyone has committed to it. GC's, subs, builders, engineers, architects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the information to everyone and the correct level of access that individuals have to certain information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly and easy to navigate is. Even people who haven't been exposed to it, can easily navigate and understand teh functionality. I like how it resembles the real use in the day to day and how things are connected to make tracking better. Customer support is always available and easy to access. It tryllu becomes your daily tool to work more efficiently but also track all teh moving pieces of teh project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part I dislike is things that should be added to teh program like: highlighting maybe stored material that changed in an invoice, it takes a while to go back and review old invoices to figure it out. I feel like sometimes the customer support provide conflictiing responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps with the tracking of all moving pieces inteh project. It is easy to track an item form beginning to end and search all the history of it and actiones taken by different parties.
Also information and documentation access keeping everybody in teh same loop with the same latest and greatest infromation available to their fingerprints.

Its very straight forward, terminology is clear and easy to understand for everybody

Sequencing of trainings, more defained levels of expertise.

It is very organized. The customer service is absolutely terrific.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cover pages dont adapt to edits made in the title without deleting the cover page and re-adding it.

It helps keep the project go smoothly and stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The User accessibility and the ability to collaborate over live drawings has greatly impacted our ability to actively engage with other contractors and make adjustments on the fly without having to take time from the schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to adjust user's permissions can be difficult at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ProCore solved the issue of being able to directly relay information from the Pre-Con and Operations team in the office and connect with the Field Operations team.
Utilization of Submittals and RFIs
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic logging and communication (distribution) for submittals and RFIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly provide a separate tracking and logging ability to correlate subcontractor submittal and RFIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto logging and distribution helps keep organization and allows standard process for multiple to people to use. Ability to gain access to project docs and drawings from anywhere. The mobile app is very nice but haven't used much yet. I haven't ventured into many of Procore's capabilities yet but will soon.

In your company at NAC, we have frequesnt use of Procore, to collect the update files and data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore excels in project management, but some factors to consider include cost, a learning curve, and customization complexity. It's internet-dependent, and the extensive features may be more than needed for smaller projects. Individual experiences may vary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore's information access has been instrumental. It enables efficient material procurement by referring to current documents and ensures easy access to project contract details. Thank you for streamlining our workflow.

I really like the fact that it gives you all the information needed in the course, but constantly reminds you that you can go to support.procore.com if you ever need access to any information you may have forgotten or missed.

It is interesting that procore drive and procore imports are not integrated into one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping all of the teams that are apart of the construction project to be on the same page. It benefits me because I know where my work lies and how to hold others accountable.
