What do you like best about the product?
The Financial tools, daily logs, submittals. Procore is always updating. Live chat is awesome

A few minor dislikes, mostly with Procore connectors

Working on the Timber Scan Go Connector, it will benefit hours on data entry

Procore is an exceptional ERP software solution with extremely valuable resources and training.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration process was very specified and personal. All of our needs we met by the integration managers and the certification/training modules extended futher knowledge and ease of implementation. The extensice features and plethora of information and support has proven to be incredibly useful. We are still in the process of customizing our specific needs, but look forward to launching soon in order to fully capitalize on all of the functionalities and added value that Procore has to offer our business. If you want to grow and optimize, Procore is the perfect solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup is cumbersome and the learning curve is not going to make rollout as time effective as we would like throughout all departments of the business. But, we believe in the value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growth managment and business management consolidation. Eliminating human error and streamlining processes. Efficiency!

to much ways to add on documentation some time is confusing

Drawings reader / PDF is a little sluggish.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is centralized in one place. You have your drawings, RFIs, contracts, schedule all in a one stop shop. The customer support is always helpful and pleasent to deal with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to error out a lot. I think that some things are kind of clunky, like RFIs. Is is also not 100% compatible with Mac books

Standardizing how we do things in the company so not everyone is doing their own thing
Great Project Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use various project management tools. It offers many features and can be integrated with other CA platforms. Customer support is always easy to reach and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may seem a little overwhelming for new users.

All drawing revisions are accessible and can be compared with the the previous revision.
New to Procore - I'm a developer
What do you like best about the product?
All the right tools and some really good training resources for quick learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
the inability to develop out our organization and training resources are basic at best. Tell me all about action plans yet don't have templates on hand. Sky could be the limit on what you could build. Really need to adopt Total Safety Culture - it's great that accidents are on the Daily Log yet the tool to record accidents is incidents - there's a distinct difference between accidents and incidents. the incidents tool should also link with change events. Example - fork lift plows down a wall and does $5000 worth of damage. That's an accident. You create an incident and then you have to create an observation to link to a change event when simply incident could be included in the origin field on Change Events. Easy peasy. There are many thought processes that have to occur in development and it seems like there are quite a few instances like this that are "misses" in Procore. just my two cents!

So nice to have all of the project documents in one place that is easy to access.

Sometimes it moves a little slow but this doesnt happen often.
