Procore has most of the features you need to successfully run a construction company. I can say with confidence that if you fully implement it you will be on of the most effectively systemized construction companies in the world.

Procore should be all or nothing. Don't try to dip your toes into the Procore world. You need to go all in.

Great for keeping field crew up to date on tasks and reminders to send daily reports and photos.

If you are billing out of Procore it is not intuitive and took a lot of time via trial and error to dial the program in for our best use.

I actually like the navigation between company level and job level is pretty easy to understand and the fact that you can star the tabs specific to individual projects for areas of procora that you frequent the most.

Depending on how large of a database you have or job history you have in procor can affect how it performs on a task speed level.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procore is solving the issue of data access. And what I mean by that is the ability to search and find information that PMs and superintendents need on job sites a little easier.

This has been extremely helpfully allowing our comapany to get more in tune on the comucication and project plans. We have been working on pen and paper and unable to get our teams on the same page. With this it has made it much easier to use. The abilty to get it implemented to the staff has been a breeze the trainings are great and we are becoming certified. Teh support has been great and made teh use very easy to understand any question answred i seconds it seems. I have been abnle to actually enjoy using the program because how easy it is to use and the overall compatability of all teh assests in the program. On to one other note the ability to work with other programs has been by far on of the greatest ease of use that we have found.

I have nt really foudn to much taht i do not like about teh program it has been seemless so to speak

Procore has just been implemented and we are alreadyyu seeing teh quality of work anbd information being shared is much better and easier to get across to one another then it ever had been. Our ability to actaully track the information and not just have it stored in a file some where we can never locate it or read it again. I believe that this program will allpow us to make it beyond a 10 millionb dollar year.

As the Procore implementation project manager at our company, I've witnessed a remarkable transformation in our business operations since integrating Procore into our workflow. Procore has not only served as a centralized platform for managing our projects but has also introduced a suite of tools that have streamlined our processes significantly.

One of the standout features of Procore is its seamless integration with Viewpoint Spectrum and DocuSign. The integration allows us to better manage project financials, offering real-time insights that are crucial for making informed decisions. Meanwhile, the DocuSign integration has expedited our processes, particularly in adding subcontractors to projects. What used to take weeks now takes days, thanks to the digital efficiency brought by these integrations.

Another aspect of Procore that has been invaluable to our business is the timesheet feature. Procore's recent enhancements, aimed at compliance with California regulations, have dramatically improved both the speed and accuracy of time entry. This is not just a minor improvement; it has had a significant impact on our weekly payroll process. We're now able to ensure a more accurate and timely payroll, which, in turn, contributes to the overall satisfaction and morale of our team.

What do you dislike about the product?

Procore has been an extremely valuable asset to our company, however as with any robust software platform, there are areas for improvement.

A significant challenge is the project scheduling tool. Despite its potential, the tool is not sufficiently robust for managing project tasks and timelines effectively. Procore recently released Action Plans, which allows you to customize a group of tasks for assignment and tracking. It has great potential but requires a commitment to learn the tool and build the workflow ahead of time. This limitation has been a notable setback for us, as we rely heavily on precise and efficient scheduling for our projects.

The integration of Workforce Planning, following Procore's acquisition of LaborChart, has been less than satisfactory for our company. Having implemented LaborChart in our company a year prior to its acquisition, we were initially optimistic. However, the integration faced numerous performance and functionality issues, to the extent that we had to cease using it altogether. This was a significant disappointment, given its potential to streamline our workforce management.

Lastly, Procore could improve its internal custom software development lifecycle. There have been instances where new releases have inadvertently disrupted other parts of the software, necessitating rollbacks. Better management of communication, testing, and release processes is crucial to avoid such disruptions and ensure a smoother, more reliable user experience.

Being a construction database system, this platform is quite helpful in organizing and tracking all the construction related docs from RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Schedules, Minutes, etc. The ease of use whether your a start up or a long term user is one of the strongest benefits I have came across. The customer support is top notch and are always able to provide a response or work-around to my quesitons.
The number of features/tools that it provides is also very handy. Being able to use the mobile app when on the road is a great benefit when you need to look up a quick doc.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have been using Procore as a user for many years and just started using this platform as an administrator.
With my different uses in the platform I have not experienced a lot of downside to Proocre yet.
On occasion, when working in Procore, the system will slow down when working in it for a few moments.
Not all the tools are useful for every project in Procore and it could see it may be a bit overwhelming for new users to become familiar with all the different functions.

Procore is helping create a more streamlined jprocess and ease of access to all the different docs for a specific project and company wide projects.

I like that I have one platform for my project and all my documents are easily accessible from a click of a button.
