I like Procore over all.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore does great with document managment and the ease of sending documents to the correct person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot get my state's spec book to load properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving money and time on mailing docs back and forth.
Procore streamlines construction work and consolidates all aspects of construction in one spot
What do you like best about the product?
Procore houses everything that is needed day to day in one convenient spot and all tools link together to ensure the information is accessable and connected. I love the integration features and it works well with external tools. The communication between the financial management tools with the project management tools works very well and the system prompts to capture necessary details. The customer support is quite accessable and easy to work with, it's very easy for us to use the chat feature or to get in touch with a support specalist.
What do you dislike about the product?
There do seem to be lots of settings and features to configure before a tool is fully set up for a project. It's been difficult for those of us who are new to our company and to Procore to fully figure out what all needs to be configured before we start into project management. I've also found some of the new, updated views, such as within Meetings and Change Events, to be rather cluttered and harder to find information than it used to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is great for housing documents; adding our Precon information into Sage and pushing through to Procore; the drawing management is WONDERFUL and we've caught many mistakes of our design team because of the tool features, and also have access to the latest and greatest drawings while preserving previous iterations; jobsite management is quite convenient and helps the project manager and superintendents communicate further and ensures no details are missed day to day; punch list ensures for us to stay on track at the end of the project and wrap up tasks quickly; the bid management and prequalifications tools have been helpful to determine qualified bidders and preserve past vendors; all the reports we're able to pull are quite informative and easy to present project information to Owners and the like should questions arise.
Fast and reliable file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
File hosting both to and from the field continues to be both a tedious and necessary task. Being able to share drawings to the field, and photo's back from the field in seconds has bee incredibly helpful. User level security and assignments to specific jobs has been great to keep things organized
What do you dislike about the product?
Access to historic information is difficult. Simple searches do not take "inactive" projects into the string. Several steps needed to access them, and no access is available from mobile

sharing of drawings with a mobile tool that does not require PDF download and includes tools
Does the job you need it to do
What do you like best about the product?
Most of the features are nice and work as they should. It takes a second to learn the termonology, but does have a lot of integrated tools that we were able to implement pretty easily into our company. Their support is very helpful for small day to day issues and questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more complicated as[ects of managing a construction company is the accounting side of things. The integration of procore with standard accounrting programs is a little clunky in my opinion. Try to establish a best practices approach to implementation when it comes to invoicing and billing has been a challenge, but I think we finally have a hand on it.

It puts all the tools in one place to make job management a bit easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface? Super user-friendly. Real-time updates! No more playing catch-up or missing out on the latest details.

Learning curve in learning the application

Solves having a universal place for contractor and client to review and submit files and comments.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy access to chat with someone is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little slow. There is a lag every now and then.

The bid management is terrible. Just buy Building Connected and absorb them.
Procore is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
We are new to the Procore world but so far it has saved the office staff and field staff so much time and streamlined so many prcoesses. It's so great to have one place to access everything for our jobs. I will say the support page is very detailed when I am trying to learn something new.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the trainers themselves were wonderful and helpful virtually, it would have been extremley helpful to have at least one in person training for a day or even half a day. A little more hands on training would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has helped my Superintendents in the field have full access of project details. The RFI's, submittals, and RFC's are being completed so much faster with the ease of the "Ball in court" process.
Pros and Cons
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is user friendly for the field to get the information they need for their jobs. Uploading photos and plans is easy and the layout to locate job information is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from a Timberline background, the procore that we use does not have the accounting/billing/purchase orders systems so we are using multi systems, which Timberline did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the field access and using some of the forms we have uploaded we are able to keep a better track of change orders and time and material costs.
Procore is a great tool that i enjoy using daily for work. makes everything really convenient
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having fillable forms and documents. It makes getting information to and from the field reeall nice. I also love the drawings and how you can write on them and make personal or public notes
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish equipment from daily logs could be automatically imported from your standard project instead of having to add them in everytime

What do you like best about the product?
Very great user experience for construction management software. Customer service team is second to none, very pleasant and always helps when they can. Tools compliment each other very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the scheduling tool, would be nice if it was incorporated inside of procore. Also the estimating side, also looking for a way to send out bid proposals to clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoicing and Budget management as well as bid packages, the team benefits from these and its ease of use.
