makes PM job seamless
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using Procore, invoicing process was very messy and hard ot track.
Submittal and RFI tools very helpful in documenting project process and keeping PM organized

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing is that I don't like when you scross on invoicing tab it shows vendors invoiced at 100% when some still have retainage to bill.
Tedious to go in and see each contract who still has to bill retainage.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates the need to send and distribute each individial drawing change, submittal, RFI, invoice, bid request, etc via email.
Good for future proofing, for example if someone leaves a company you can switch Procore contact to someone new and they will automatically have all the information.
Especially in turover phase to client, they can have access to Procore for closeout package and no need to have to compile documents manually.

It has been good. Had a few Technical issues early but seems to be working fine now.
What do you like best about the product?
It tracks everything for you. Easy to use. Quick help via the online chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some days it seems to run slower than others. Email responses pertaining to issues can take up to a day.

Ease of sending out subcontracts and purchase orders.
Easy to Use with Convenient Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
How efficient the documentation process is. It is very user friendly with the interface and allows for consistent placement of documents for projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Civil drawings never upload with the correct title or drawing number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation is put in a spot consistently allowing for easy access from the office to the field. This creates less misunderstandings as documents and drawings are easy to access and show the most current revision.
Complete product for Construction ifecycle
What do you like best about the product?
Any information about a project is can be uploaded and shared with field employees, subcontractors and owners. No limts on the amount of data or nmber of users.

Procore is not cheap. It is a gret product but all of those feates come at a price,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Commnication with field employees is fantastic. Drawing can up loaded and Procore handles drawing an spec revisions beautifully.
Centralized Location Success
What do you like best about the product?
One of the main reasons I love Procore is its easy interface for our field users. It's intuitive and very user friendly, even for the less than tech savy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is starting to get a little out of control, but I understand the need for the more development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is the main source of content for all job related materials. It is where we store all of the documents for each project. Everything is at everyone finger tips! Knowledge is power.
Robust and effective but still needs improvement

Does a very effective job at project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer billing could use some improvement especially with T&M projects.

Being able to create custom budget views us very helpful. Most information is very easy to access.

Its organization coupled with the accessibility and connectivity it can have with subcontractors

I feel the process of data/documentation uploading could be simplified

Subs not being on the same page and the problems that come with scheduling and addendum submissions

Its user-friendly and very easy to work with different tools and different projects across different programs.

User Interface can be enhanced. Also certain workflows can be further automated.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and saves time. One of the best platforms I've used.

Budget modfications... sounds like they're getting rid of it which will make my life easier.

I'm not sure since I haven't utilized ProCore for very long, but from what I've heard it's made everything easier for RFIs, Submittals, Invoices and much more.
Procore is efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The standardization of the tools from project to project. The Project Managment tools and Financial tools really allow for single Project Managers to be able to handle more. When the tools creates, organizes and keep track of RFI's, submittals pay apps without having an Admin or project engineer doing this by hand it really helps. The photos and daily reports are extremen;y helpful and a huge risk mitigator. I dont know of a better solution out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations between accounting and procore are a little cumbersome. We also wished the developers would create a way to see a company wide forecast rather only per project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We dont need as many employees performing automated tasks Procore does. It provides structure to every project and a sense of reliability to our employees and clients. It has improved our communicatiosn with the client because it is apparent who is responsible for what and what is outstanding.
