Lot of features, great usability and, one central location for all your information

What do you like best about the product?
We manage 100% of our projects in Procore and it’s easy to say I am a very fequest user of Procore. Procore has meany features to offer. They are not just focused on the office aspect of the job but there are field-based functions and features. There is a very easy transition from the program on your computer to pulling up the app in the field. Procore has made it very simple not just for the GCs to enter and track their daily reports but for our trade partners to enter their own daily report into Procore as well. With how easy it is to quickly pick up and use the program it has been a very easy implementation of the program on new projects and integration on our ongoing projects. Procore has also helped track and document any field changes or back charges by using the Change Events tool. This tool allows the field team to note and document any field changes and any damage caused by other trade partners that can be used to create a CO or back charge if needed. But I have to say one of my favorite tools is the Models Tool. It allows you to view your project model within the program and on the app without any addons or plugins needed. It has taken something very confusing and complex and made its user friendly. So, any company can have a lot of features but where Procore stands out is their customer service. They have training videos for everything, you can live chat with someone, or just give them a call and walk through whatever it is you are facing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things about Procore is they listen to your recommendations on how to get better. With that said, things often change without notice. Recently there were a few features in the accounting and contracts side of the program that changed without any warning. We got it figured out after a few phone calls and all is well. With that said change will happen without warning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have made the day to day data entry very easy. They have also made it very easy to be clear and concie when documenting anything from the location of a photo to creating a Punch list item.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of features and ways to track is a plus. The support staff is helpful and knowledgeable as well. Productivity has increased for the office and field staff. Fairly simple to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Double entry for accounting tracking/direct costs. Not set up for cost plus billing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to not have to use multiple other programs to get one job done. Lets field staff access proper information for jobsite management and tracking.

Longterm integration process for new users/companies adopting Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily job tracking and ease of use for Superintendents to upload photos with the app. Project Manager platform to manage correspondence with A/E and Owners specifically on RFIs and Submittals. Provides the database our proposal team needed to assist in the finding historical information that helps them with future proposals.

What do you like best about the product?
Usefull to keep overview and track submittals. Also great way to have easy implementation of drawings, permit and CD set. We use this every day and we can integrate this in the system and communcation of our sub contractors. When we have any issues, the customer support is always of great help and gives us good training if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
For every project you need to add companies and users; the permissions and rights of these different users can be comprehensive and sometimes these dont work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information management / making sure everybody has the lastest information, always and anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow of items or processes within the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The newer, beta, or testing tools have minor bugs. When the bugs get worked out, sometimes the template or process needs to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ProCore Network helps us to find bidders/subcontractors in cities we have not worked in previously.

What do you like best about the product?
It has it all. There is a tool for just about everything you might need to complete or manage a project. The program can be highly personalized and is user friendly. Most questions can be answered by accessing the support center but if you want to ask a respresentative, they are only a phone call or live chat away and there is never a wait time. We use it every day and it has made our processes much easier. I love the integration with DocuSign and other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The schedule tool is stagnant and not very useful. There is no way to personalize the terminology they use for contracts to reflect our own or to templetize certain tools. The workflows have to be configured for each project instead of being able to assign a certain role, which is tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is convenient to have everything in one place instead of a shared drive that you need a private VPN to access and which takes up a lot of stoarge on your computer. Running reports on Procore helps is get a quick and accuate look at the status of our projects.
