Efficient platform
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a verify efficient platform to work with. It is very useful as owners to work with contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are to many options that don't come with certain packages

What do you like best about the product?
As a Project Coordinator, Procore saves my life haha. The amount of features it has is unreal! From change orders, to billing, to communicating with the subs... simply just wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Directory features could use a little love. I also think RFI's could be tweaked a litte.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping drawings updated and contract managment
Procore just makes everything run smoother
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the Procore app and website is fantastic. Being able to sync my Microsoft project files into the system to create schedules and track happenings in real time is amazing. My job is to be boots on the site daily operations, and Procore makes keeping track of everything that is happening And it's going to happen quick and very efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel that some of the tracking systems have too much information and can become confusing, but with a little tweaking of the settings you can make the system work for you. It just takes a little time to set things up the way you need them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safety is always number one on our job sites and being able to track who is on site what they're doing and the inspections that are involved within the process is a great way to not only keep my guys safe. It also promotes safe work practices throughout the industry, you can never be too safe on a job site, Procore can't watch the guys for me, but if something does happen, it makes it easy to document and track any occurrences as well as issues that may be identified on site.
ProCore serves as an excellent bridge between our field and office staff
What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses procore to communicate and share documents, forms and photos effectively between our field and office personnel. We have multiple construction crews working simultaneously around the country, moving from jobsite to jobsite regularly. ProCore allows us to keep track of job status, timecards, receipt tracking as well as to share scope of work,drawings and other documents with our field staff. We are able to upload fillable forms for our foreman to create custom documents on the fly and get signatures from the needed contacts on site.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many options available within ProCore that it can be daunting to learn navigating the system. Tutorials go over every available product within the software so it can be confusing at times to understand how the parts that are being utilized by your partciular company are best utilized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ProCore allows our company to keep up active and ongoing communication with our field staff, sharing photos, documents and drawings instantly across the country. The forms function is utilized daily by our field staff and is very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Project Managenement Tools such as Drawings, Observations, Commitments, Changes, Etc. All so very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling tool leaves a lot of room for improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore saves us a ton of time and provides management in a way we would have no other way. This prevents things from falling through the cracks, which saves money and time....both extremely valuable
Procore is easily the premier product for CM Management

It is very user friendly and encaptures pretty much everything

Not much other than training/learning curves for employees but that is with anything.

Organization and tracking of all sorts of Construction aspects - Procore is perfect for it.

Procore is widely appreciated for its centralized platform, user-friendly interface, robust collaboration tools, mobile accessibility, effective document management, integration capabilities, customization options, and responsive customer support, making it a favored choice for streamlining construction project management.

Costs of Procre and ERP intregations are sometimes painful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything on one platform and having all our employees having access and working together to get the project done on time, on budget and safely.
Procore is the bomb
What do you like best about the product?
That we can link all aspects of our construction process in one collaborative location
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to be a bit slow at times. Needs higher speed responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with all parties involved in the process all in one place. Organization of information is also a big part of its benefit.
Unbeatable Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Procore cuts the time it takes to accurately process and track all aspects of construction management in half at least! And their customer support is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve when you are getting everything set up, but once set up Procore does the heavy lifting for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore increases our impact and ability to manage all jobs to a higher standard even though we are a smaller company.
