What do you like best about the product?
It has a friendly interface, Comprehensive Project Management, and Mobile accessibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
it doesn't replace all of our software but it is close

It is helping us by having all of our data in one spot so no matter the PM we know where our data is located

Complete Project Management Software, User Friendly, and great user support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore still does not recognized the Margin when Intergrating with Accounting software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the lack of communication and project tracking, It limits liability and allows me to over see the projects from miles away.

What do you like best about the product?
The project management tools in Procore make it easy to track everything from RFI's to Submittals, Drawings & Specifications and Deficiencies all in an organized and readilly available way. Adding in the Financials Procore tool as well makes projects go even smoother and more organized.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some things on the Financials tools in Procore can be finicky, and if they are created incorrectly and you are using the ERP Integrations it can be a long difficult process to have them reversed and fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore as a whole just makes organization better. Everything is readily available through the online portal and is saved there. You don't have to have hard copy files or large internal servers to save everything. Everything you do is available and accessible through the online portal.
One Stop Shop for all your Construction Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has the best customer support hands down. Their system is a one stop shop for all your construction needs it will be helping us better manage our costs on projects. The system is seamless and integrates amazing with Sage. Its helping us capture change orders quickly and timely. We are using it every day. The implementation team was handsdown fantastic. The ease of use and the number of features is endless!

Nothing do not use anything else!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Procore is helping us with everything we need from Bid management all the way through closeout
User Focused Software
What do you like best about the product?
The options / packages Procore offers are excellent. The interface is designed for the easiest / most effecient use for both office and field employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
RFI's can get confusing at times if there are a lot of submittals and responses on one thread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently have no problems. Customer support is helpful when problems / questions arise.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has been a valuable tool for project management and coordination. The ability to invite other teams to your project and collobrate together makes information sharing seamless. Training tools videos are readily available if one needs assistance on any aspect of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any negative concerns. Any issues that have been encountered have been addressed quickly by the Procore team.

Coordination with subcontractors and other project management teams.
Everything in one package
What do you like best about the product?
Procore makes a project a lot more efficient. As a project manqager, communication and documentation is key. This allows costs, budgets, drawings, contracts, change orders, etc. to be done quickly and communicated with one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the project at first is very time consuming. This is understandable and once completed, is very efficient. I have noticed as well that it isn't as customizable as it was presented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of communication and tracking the communication is the most benificial. Easier to track one area of messages versus several emails.
