What do you like best about the product?
Easy upload and exporting of data into excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rigidity of the module templates. I'd like to have a more customizable platform.

Procore helps us to keep our records up to date and accessible by all involved parties.

Lack of customization in workflow and sorting by dates in submittal. Cost of custom tools

Procore is helping with our submittals process and sprecifixations log

What do you like best about the product?
The centralization of project information and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitches in emailing systems whereby the email is either not sent in a timely manner or hasn't been sent at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the occurrence of lost emails and long drawn out email threads and links contracts, budgets, change orders and commitment payouts, hance reducing time spent on manual documentation .

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about Procore is that it's been custom built for the construction industry and not something that has been adapted for use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could have a bit more customization at the power user level. There are just some things I would like to customize for our particular business.

It allows us to have one platform that everyone can interact with

Easy to use, convenient, and a great place to work with subcontractors on our projects.

Too many glitches. Needs the bugs removed.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides up to date information on all aspects of the project when you need it most. The field team has access to drawings, RFI's, etc.. in real time from their phone of tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be cost prohibitive for some companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better integration of the estimating component of a project. It's great having all the preconstruction knowledge in the same place to reference during construction.

What do you like best about the product?
I just like how everything is all in one location under one project and it keeps everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the items require more information than i feel is needed to get some items done but overalll a great software for Project Managemnet.

Just the fact i have everything for my project all in one area.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in property management, not construction, therefore my review is going to reflect that perspective. I love using Procore. Procore is one of the easiest programs we use at my company. There is so much you can do, I feel like I have barely scratched the surface on the possibilities. We have utilized Procore to streamline our bidding process, which has saved us a lot of time! I am curious to see what else my company can use Procore for.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little confusing at times. Overall, very easy to understand but the program can get difficult because of all the processes utilized. Also, Procore has terrible user guides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving us time on the bidding process! And helping us manage our vendors!

I use Procore every single day! It works flawlessly with no problems and i'd definetly recommend it to all my colleagues! I enjoy all the features it has, the ease of implementation and how everuthing is intergrated.

To this day i have not encountered any dislikes with Procore.

Procore is great for Contractors, CM and Owners .....for Architects - not so much!

The partial semi-automation, ease of use, and the logs. Ease of implementation, great Customer Service for guidance,
What do you dislike about the product?
1) No User assistance for Architects that have specific construction needs and we own Procore, but are the last group to get the assistance or customization of what we need to work within Procore. And they are EASY additions.
2) Dislike that there is no Procore to Procore collaboration and teams are required to create duplication work and time.
3) Dislike the voting system. It would be more beneficial to review the issues and provide solutions in a timely fashion as most people do not even know about the voting system, but must suffer with struggles.
