user friendly software
What do you like best about the product?
The insepcion and dialy log Tap my life easy when submitting it ot our client. The Software system is really easy to use and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it runs slow when you are using the system specialy the dialy log that i am have issue whit it contiuelly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The daily production report and also the inspection report as needed in the project.
PULLING IT ALL TOGETHER
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about procore for me is the continuity from estimating to purchasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have to make a job active during the bidding process in order to you eamil tags. It would be helpful to have all those emails stored for other teammember to be able to refrence once the project is awarded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall company continuity and communitcation
Great tool for productivity and organization
What do you like best about the product?
The way Procore organizes tools makes it easier to be organized and work on mulitple devices to document in the field and put the finishing touches on documents from my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I have noticed is my favorites have to be designated on each device and is not linked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization has been the greatest benefit I have notice this far.
Procore helps us keep the construction process moving.
What do you like best about the product?
It is great there is always someone availble by chat that can answer questions. The support center is helpful. If we ever have a question it is very easy to reach out to someone and have a response within minutes. We are using the software on a daily basis across mutiple projects. Being able to collaborate with contractors, owners, and staff as far as Drawings, RFIs, Documents, submittals and RFQs has been a real timesaver for coordination. You can link RFIs to drawings so all info can be linked between tools. You can also link items in other tools to each other. It helps with documentation. Being able to create permissions templates specific to projects to contractors was a much needed feature that we take full advantage of.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some reporting concerns and some things I would like to be able to do that are not currently available. From the directory insurance screen it would be nice to export that insurance list to Pdf or Excel without having to build a custom report. I like that we can add bid forms into the bidding tool. We are trying to figure out how to make it work best for our organization, we are currently unable to add the bid forms that we are using. There are other similar concerns as far as functionality that I would like to see added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, Exports to .pdf from various screens. Bid tool - bid breakdown tabs
Great Product - user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do billings, contracts, change orders, and tracking all in one place. Customer Support was great at set up and throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to change budget codes once set up, and not pulling invoices into owner billing the way they are entered under the committment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
All project information is in one location, and does not require GCs to go hunting for information in multiple locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting daily reports can be difficult, i.e. if I try to import the information from a word document the formatting completely rearranges and becomes difficult to re-format. Same thing happens when I try to manually input information, formatting is overall a little more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The project management side of construction can be difficult, but Procore makes it much easier to manage when I can access all of the critical information in one location.
Positive and Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is incredibly easy to teach to someone who is an "old school" type of person in construction. Especially with using the ipad, procore makes it as easy to navgate the important tools that helps the maangement between office staff and field staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how Procore is changing tools and how they are used. The submittal tool was just updated, and the CE tool was also updated recently. In my opinion, if it isn't broken, don't fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore dows a great job of keeping document managment as simple of possible. Essentially, you can use one tool for all aspects of project management, and then some. I think procore especially makes finding all past documents from the job easy to find, especally in the case of a litigation on a project.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall the system works decently well, with the ability to quickly disseminate information to subcontractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of drawing sets needs to be drastically improved with better ability to add comments to posted drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing drawings and costing of the jobs.
Great Document Control Center
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can use Procore as a go to source as it allows you to save items and use as document control when collaborating with other coworkers & subcontractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Procore can inmprove thier email notifications. I've notoced they all look they same so subcontractors get desensitized to them as the project goes on, thus missing important information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is quick to response to any inquireies. They're also very knowledgeable so when we reachout for help, they serve us in the best way possible.
Fantastic space for collaboration and file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
How easy and organized it is for all stakeholders to find critical information that normally would need to be sent and logged by customized spreadsheets made. Now I don't need to make dozens of spreadsheets and instead am on Procore all day everyday at work. The customer support is fantastic too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools take far too many clicks of different buttons to get through one task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adds as a large fileshare for stakeholders, makes workflows easy to understand and tracks them, generates reports that are useful.
