The best tool for Construction Management I've got
What do you like best about the product?
The training is a very helpful tool and the certification helps to get strength in your professional experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface between the app (smartphone) and the computer is not friendly for me, in a few words I do not like the app version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in a friendly and confident way how to handle my projects.

There's an overwhelming amount of things to learn about it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's alot easy to use and understand.
For project management, procore is a whole package as every thing is link within 1 software. For ex:
it loads all the resorces in daily log from schedule automatically.
Procore's integration with Microsoft Project.
Customer Suppport is very responsive and helpful.
Procore Email system is also great, if too many people are working on one project, it helps in keeping everyone updated and all the emails of the related project are accessed at one place.

Procore is a very user friendly platform to use.

Having to merge subcontractor submittals over to the drawings tool once approved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore's technology reads the drawing title blocks for you, minimising human error when uploading bulk drawings.
One stop program for construction
What do you like best about the product?
The integration in accounting and all of the features covering all areas of construction. We are still learning how to use all of the different components. The training videos make it easy to use, and customer support can help as well

The only downside we have is that they frequently change things that we don't feel nee changing. Also seems to be turnover in customer support that makes it difficult for us to get a long term relationship with a rep

Keeping everyone involved on the same page. The RFI system with set reminders helps immensly
Benefits to Almost Every Aspect of Construction Management
What do you like best about the product?
Procore can essentially handle all aspects of managing a construction project. I have always found it very user friendly and if very little I couldn't figure out on my own or using the Procore suport features. Procore is open essentially from the time I open my computer to the time I close it every day. Essentially every subcontractor can use it no matter how small they are and we even implment the use of it through the contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of the tools lack any real value ain my opinion including: Emails, Tasks, and Transmittals. Tasks work the exact same way as an observation, with the assignee is required to add comments and change status to "ready for review" so not entirely sure why you would use one over the other. The transmittals tool WOULD be good if you could add signatures to it similar to inspections. Otherwise, the tool is kind of worthless and can only generate a cover page which you could do on any word doc. Also, the user interfaces that have been updated recently such as meetings and submittals have been a downgrade in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding changes to drawings, specs, etc. Document control and managment stored in one place. Information and submittal/RFI workflows for working with the owner, subcontractors, and engineers.

The accessibility for Procore is like no other.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many glitches throughout the software that need to be addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the problems of orgainzing all documents and drawings. While showing job site results and job progress.

The ease in-wich to navigate through the varioius topics, and great choice of featutres for documenting and how easy to share vital information withg the entire project team.

Cant think of one particular item that i can point out, its that good fro what I need Procore for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say for me as A Project Superintendent there are many interesting problems Procore helps to stream line for me. Id say the eas of daily documentaion, how effortlessly we can upload and share all the current darwings, RFI's, suibmittals and so much more.
Procore has increased our capacity to deliver a larger volume of projects and reduce resource draw.

Procores interface has a intuitive design.

Not sure what I dont like, but there are always ways to find improvement.
