"If it's not in Procore it doesn't exist"
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is an All in One tool. Our company has a saying "If it's not in Procore it doesn"t exist." We use it to store and record all our documents from RFI, Scheduling, to Daily reports and photos. It is a very easy product to use. It has amazing customer support and we use it every single work day. The integration from Procore in to Bluebeam is amazing as well. Procore is not only implemented in our daily duties but required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike i woudl say and it could b euser error but the scheduling software isnt compatible to others on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving having to use multiple software all in one.
Procore has assisted our company with better organization and better distribution of information.
What do you like best about the product?
The drawings tool. The drawings tool brings all of our subcontractors to one place, their phone. Even when they are not onsite, updates to the drawings tool (i.e. revisions, rfi's, observations) will always be right there on their phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the accounting side better coordinated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help us stay organized, they allow for easy communication across our other programs.

What do you like best about the product?
I utilize Procore's estimating software for electrical contracting. (Formally Esticom) The take off tools and abitities are some of the best in the industry. I also use procore in the field as a Subcontractor, from this prospective Procore provides the best tools for the most important part of the business, communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any software, you will only get out what you put in. It is important to put as much detail as necessary to make sure the tools are useful. Sometime this can be tedeious but the alternitive is miscuminication and can result in costly mistakes. I think there is alway room for improvment in these areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comunication from the field to the office. I use procore as a subcontractor as well as for esitmating. To be able to have this all in one tool creates a bridge that would otherwise be another miscomunication point for a mistake.

Simple point of access for all users. Great option to track and store data.

Expensive for the company that has to pay for it.

Simple main point of access for all users.

What do you like best about the product?
Only module that worked well is Workforce Planning
What do you dislike about the product?
For estimating and project financials the tools did not work at all for what we were promised. We have spent hundreds of man hours trying to correct with little assistance from the Procore team. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

Did not solve any of our problems only created more.

Has the potential to reduce a lot of mundane tasks

Uploading project info via spreadsheet to Procore.

Procore helps eliminate the tiedium of follow up phone calls, reminders and remembering you never got a response to the e-mail you sent previously.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized a jobsite can become just by having procore as a base line of every day activity on site.ontop of the certifications its great that you can get training, and better understand the website and app. im sure many companies would appreciate a user with knowledge on how to run it.

Time consumpsion of the certifications but i understand why it has to be so long.

helps us keep the owners up to date and in the loop with everything going on in their projects.
Informative and easy to follow
What do you like best about the product?
I have been lucky enough to have been invited to learn and use the app by a customer of mine. The access I have is limited in the grand scheme of things, but the learning modules within the app are available. So I am soaking up any and all info I can. I just completed my 2nd certificate and the amount of time it took (minimal) vs the knowledge gained is well worth it. Will continue to learn as much as I possibly can, while I can. I have other customers that use Procore as well. Seems to be the new way to track the entire construction process, digitally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a section for hardware suppliers (nuts and bolts). That's about it though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure it's problem solving for myself, but I guess it's giving me an inside scoop of the ins and outs of every step of the construction process. I supply anchor bolts/high strength bolts for commercial construction (and other fasteners and supplies).

There are a lot of steps for certain action items.
