One stop shop in the office and in the field
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to consolidate everything for a job in one place. Support has been super helpful when I'm unsure how to do something. Our team picked it up easily and use it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations are fairly expensive for some of the softwares it works with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation of information.

None at this time, but when we did have issues, Procore was very responsive
Versatile & Comprehensive
What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to capture all the information my Team and I need to effectively manage our construction projects and our Clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation within the platform is not always intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to streamline the management of our projects and allowing us to be innovative in how we manage our projects/Clients.
Great software, but some functions can be improved.
What do you like best about the product?
Their quality control tools. It makes my job easier as a Superindendent to be able to perform inspections and have the photos in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of dedicated scheduling. They rely on 3rd party scheduling software and you have to re-upload the schedule every time changes are made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us improve our quality control program.
The Gold Standard
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a user-friendly and intuative system that empowers user Admins to customize the sysetm to fit the needs of their organization. I've been involved in multiple implementations of the system, as well as acted both as an Admin and SME/Super User. Procore integrates easily with other systems, especially ERPs, and provides the necessary internal support for such integrations. The mobile interface is incredibly user friendly for field personnal, as they are the intendend users, not just folks sitting in an office. Also, Customer Support is always responsive and timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not built for project portfolios, but more for individual projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective document management has never been easier. From Development through Construction, having a singular and accesible location for all project files not only supports effecient and cost effective design and construction, but also mitigates risk.
Good Layout, but slow
What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service phone line is open, Majority of representitves are very freidndly and able to resolve problems in a quick timespan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading time is VERY slow. CO+CE+SAGE integration+ ERP procceses can be confusing at times.

Learning to be more meticulous with information

They have methods to document, ask questions, and keep everything consolidated on a single platform, tracking a job from beginning to end.

Some systems require so much time to learn that others do not complete the training.

Efficient project management is crucial for accelerating and managing communication effectively, as well as ensuring that all relevant information pertaining to the processes is recorded and maintained.
Scheduling Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The integration between scheduling apps is amazing. I love the intuitive way Procore allows for easy modifications and editing of schedules within the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant think of any at the moment. All aspects are easy to use and function very well for our projects.

The accessibility between GC and subs. Documnet control.
Communication Stream lined
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is easy to navigate and organize. There customer support and training videos make it a pleasant experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The models can be tricky to set up but once done they are simple to keep updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication. It makes it easy to create and RFI and issue which helps us to easily and quickly solve problems.
Procore has increased productivity in our jobsite by automating repetitive tasks like RFIs.

Document management. It is very easy to share drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading photos from mobile devices on the background.

Construction Document management and is reducing time in retrieving current drawings.
