good over all platform to manage the project

can not consolidate 2 emails login into 1 since my company is changing the domain.

cosolidate diffrent aspects of pm into 1 place

I have not come across an issue at all. Every question answered. I would love a know how catalog / book. But then I would talk to the Rep's as much. Disregard the book/Catalog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore for my timesheets and for adding workers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is everything I need all in one place. The software is easy to navigate and the help line and customer support team in amazing!! Tons of features and I use it everyday!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a lenghty process to creating CO's and entering in time on the mobile site, other than that nothing!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Procore system is sloving our problem of not having all the data forone project in one place. We benefit from them by having easy access to all the documents and financials in one place.
Procore's Easy Access for Project Work
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful resouces in procore for my company would be the layout of the project drawings, submittals, RFIs, photos, etc. We use these tools pretty often to track the progress of current projects. It's super useful for our project team.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides yet. I am still a new procore user but I have not run into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the construction process, I have reached out to the procore team multiple times when I am struggling with the submittal workflow, photo albums or documents to upload. Procore has resolved these issues for me and to my benefit, it helps me to learn more and be better during the project duration.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone in our company has visibility of what each project project progress is. Constant communication is excelent in Procore, and we have a to come back and review the comunications for clarification as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Instead of only chat, there should be a call for support in order to explain better. Vendor prequalification needs to be inmproved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a lot of data entry, and reporting through excel. Also visibility for everyone involved with the projects with everything from operations to financials
Saves Time!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has saved me about 10 hours per week, with the streamline process and the added plug in for lien waivers. Can't recogmend it enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve when yu first start using Procore, but their training and help functions are good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lien waiver management is a huge problem solved.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very easy to use. It also streamlines submittal, RFI, etc processes in an organized way. The available settings for deadlines and meeting notifications are nice also.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some time to learn where to find everything, but it makes a lot of sense after little use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep the whole team (construction partner, architect, owner) on the same page throughout the construction phase of a project. This allows everyone to know the latest information without exchanging 1000 emails.

It's easy to navigate and find exactly what i need. whether that's a drawing, or communication w/ others on the project, Procore makes it easy

I haven't found any disadvantages to using Procore

updated plans are distrubuted to EVERYONE. No need to worry about being forgotten or left off the list

Financial management is created to mitigate risks, and having all operations, accounting, and field management in one place is a necessity only procore has!
Customer support is always available unlike other construction platforms. Integrating procore into your business model is worth every penny!

NOTHING! I love procore and all of the support i receive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is mitigating overbilling, punchlist items not being sent to the applicable subcontractors, and flowing my accounting in the right direction.

I like everything almost. I wish it has more training futures.
