Procore is the best place to manage construction projects!

learning curve for those not tech savvy. difficult for trades that a small to adopt

Crashes can hinder the work day when they occur.

It solves our issue of being able to ensure that the information for the project goes to all required parties.
Support is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
The support system the Procore provides is top notch. Anytime anyone in our company is using Procore and needs help, we know support is close by. Either through chat, phone or email, they are quick to respond and are very knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there is not a very good support system for the ERP Integration. The response time for support email has gotten better, but a chat of phone line option would be great.

Data analytics is getting better alll the time

We use Procore as our document managing software, analytics, accumatica, have Procore Risk Advisors as our Surety.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost to make revisions to our subcontractor releases.

Procore is currently assisting with our Insurance aspects.

Minor querks in some platforms, but these often get updated or resolved as Procore improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining and providing standards project and company wide, hub for project information and management, allowing different stakeholders in the project to participate as much or a little as they need / are required.
Speed of Submittals
What do you like best about the product?
Processing submittals on Procore is extremely easy and much faster than on other document management software
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading screens between windows takes time to process. I think this is a problem that wil be solved with time

We do all of our document management in procore in order to keep organized

What do you like best about the product?
Procores platform helps to keep track of project documents in one location. Laila Ali was a very entertaining speaker.
What do you dislike about the product?
The last keynote speaker on Tuesday was not entertaining and was very hard to relate to.

Document Tracking
One-stop shop for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Having almost everything for a project in one location is amazing! It is very user friendly. The rfi tool is great! I love the daily log tool too. All the reports I can pull are really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Punchlist - I would like to see a workflow added here. Some punch list items requires multiple trades. Once one completes their work, it should be able to automatically go to the finisher or painter for the next step once someone verfies the work.
