All the resources thru the platform, so many more I learned about

one place for safety information that everyone can access

The daily report and submittal tool and how they are used daily to help keep track of important information

Finding information quicker but based on the conference the procore copilot will help solve this issue by asking ai where to find certian information on specs or contracts

Procore is solving the time managment problem in linking RFI and drawing revisions and providing the most current up to date documents so users dont waste time uploading / finding the right documents on procore

What do you like best about the product?
Procore allows for seamless connectivity between all members of the jobsite from the office team to all our field team members as well as providing coordination between all subcontractors and design team members which is incredibly important on a fast paced Design-Build Job.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that could use some additional work such as when exporting a submittal to a PDF, the specification section is not included in the automattically named PDF title, only the submittal number and revision cycle. This causes some confusion for our designers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to utilize the reports function on procore espcially for Daily Logs, submittal tracking as well as RFIs in addition to having all of our subcontractor invoicing all in once location rather than getting lost in emails.

The broad range of options you have and the capabilities of the program. It is easy to use becasue it connects all subs and employees on one interface

there is no way to automaticllly update to the most recent revision

I am able to quickly and effiently submit RFI's and submittals to my designers for approval

We are able to provide Bussiness leaders an overview of Projects across several key project deliverables and provide Alerts, warning or Insights

Collaboration, access to API, user interface and field accessability.

Price is a bit high. Also, syncing across instances for more data is highly needed.

Procore is much more user friendly and requires less customization then many other programs.

What do you like best about the product?
The technology growth since I last used Procore is outstanding. The Pay Request function is well thought out and perfect for the construction world. Workflow & Analytics our perfect for our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
ERP pain points. Other than that nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we wer moving away from Procore based on decisions made 3 years ago by our companies. I am back to find out how Procore will fit and integrate with all items needed. What I have learned it the technology growth has been huge in the last two years and Procore can now meet all of our needs with the right partner accounting software.

What do you like best about the product?
The versitiality for our company. We are able to add and interact with all of out Subcontractors in one platform for all of our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of intigration with Quickbooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we do not have any major issues. I love being able to contact Procore regarding any of our issues and if they don't have an answer we take it to the community forum. The forum is a huge help to learn new ideas and problem solving.
