Procore Review - Streamline Process
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Procore is the Project Management and Quality and safety tools. Highly recommend for those looking to streamline some of the redundant project and field management processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The products can be fairly expensive compared to other smaller tech companies on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps us break down some of the redundant data silos by allowing us to manage a lot of the field and project management tasks in one platform.

It is streamlining our process and allowing for a centralized platform for our whole team.
Procore for a General Contractor
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Procore is a one stop shop for both our field and office staff to easily and quickly find all the data that is required and needed for smooth project execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that at times is a little difficult is the use and creation of custimized fields and documents. Requiring back office implimentation by the Procore team. That process can be difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most up to date information is available at all times on multiple devices for our users making the answers always just a touch or two away. Avoiding delays and miscommunication on the jobsite.

Operations has access to real time financial data

Inefficiencies with integrating with financial system; limitations on reporting out of Procore (workflows)

Project management (operations team); real time project financial data to operations
Working with Procore has helped drive transparency and accountability across our teams.
What do you like best about the product?
The company culture is a strong fit with our company culture, and we view Procore as a partner more than a vendor/software supplier. Procore has given us transparency across our teams and departments and visibility into our projects that we didn't have before. The platform has allowed us to better manager our projects with centralized, real time data that allows us to make quicker decisions and resolve off-track situations much sooner than in the past. Day by day we are using the platform to plan better, standardize our processes, and simply get better at what we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
No connection between GC and subcontractor/other partners.
ERP integrations still lacking - we do a lot of double data entry between Sage and Procore still.

Helping standardize processes, have one true source of data, and manage projects more effectively.

Some features are limited. Some submittal issues with uploading.

I like how fast data can be transferred to all stakeholders on the project

It has been difficult to get senior members of our team bought in on the sustem

I would like to see deeper intgration into our ERP. I know it is being worked on but sharing project information between GC/Subcontractor/Partners
