What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access the most up to date accurate project documents at your fingertips whether in the office or on a mobile site via your phone, it's quick, easy and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documents tools is still a pain in the butt. There needs to be a way to create and save a document easily without saving to a middle location and dragging it in. It's clunky and unproductive. 2nd items is connections from ProCore to ProCore when a GC is is also on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see a project from bidding to pre-con to construction and project close out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in terms of the product. It's more about having to purchase all of the modules in order to have a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps us manage our project in details that we were not able to accomplish using good old pdfs and paper forms

Managing financial information and being able to view it in real time

Punchlist Tool & Email notifications. Email notifications are much too detailed

First Year Procore Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Implementation Team was awesome. the first 4 months we had a significatn amount hands-on assistance to get our questions asked and our implemantation configured in a way that makes the most sense for our business. Since we went "live" with Procore in May of 2023, we have received numerous compliments and a ton of positive feedback from our Project Teams on ease of use, syncronization of data, and collaboration excellence with our partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being web-based only makes it slow. iOS devices have the benefit of using an app, meanign they can work offline without having to constantly sync. If this feature was availabel in a desktop app, that would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Procore, we managed all of our projects using Microsoft 365 tools and SharePoint. Process standardization was a train wereck. Rev control was a nightmare. Procore has not only brought a smooth and streamlined standardization to our Proejct Management processes, we've been able to eliminate a number of our forms (and the rev control required) by simply using the Procore tools instead.

Robust system - can provide great internal tools and customer facing PBI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fuctions have multipule ways of doing the same thing, can make it difficult to standardize processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analyrics are creating measurable results and customer facing infomation.

I like the everything in one place concept. Easy to use. Workload keeps me in line with who is owed whst.

You have to start over so.etimes when you back out to reference another page
