Financials, submittals, drawings, rfis and contract management

I wish you could like to specs directly from drawings

Having all my tools under one umbrella! We want to use the least amount of standalone softwares to accomplish our goals!

What do you like best about the product?
Something I really like about Procore is the amount of detail you can see on the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's challenging trying to get everyone in the organization on the same page learning the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a high level of detail for the construction jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
Brings everyone together and onto one platform. Very ideal to be able to invite collaborators and vendors into Procore so that all of your information is up to date. Real time information is absolutely key.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there are not a lot of solutions for financials that have are given the right amount of time. I have met with managers on certain tools and voice feedback that is common in the industry and Procore never seems to be working on them. PM Tools takes the front seat and Financials kind of lack in a lot of aspects. I have met with my Procore rep and he is extremely helpful but said that all our most trouble points are unfortunately not being worked on at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our accounting system does not have a lot of the abilities for budgeting and construction management. There is no ERP integration between Procore and our accounting system NSE. Procore is very user friendly and allows for real time information to be imputed. Risk management is also done well in Procore, budget meetings go very smoothly where budget lines can be drilled down to source the info.

ocr technology doesn't get most of the stuff for submital register for instance if part of it is in a different page

What do you like best about the product?
The level of collaboration that Procore promotes is so inspiring to the projects I've been on. Trade Partners have raved about the ease of access to data and overall management of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some improvements that could be made to the promotion of a lot of the product releases as far as using real life case scenarios and tests to prove the capabilities of the new releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has the capability to provide support to all aspects of the construction process. Owners are happier, Trade Partners are able to get their information faster, and overall communication has been improved on the jobsite.

Great Document Control
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has proven to be an invaluable asset in my construction projects. From its comprehensive features to its user-friendly interface, Procore has revolutionized the way I manage and control construction documents and recommend all to use it to its full potential!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of apple pencil compatability. When I put my palm down on my ipad and click to draw it creates a straight line. I would also like an "undo" tool and the ability to mark up specs.

Document control. I love having everything project related living in one place for myself, my team, the owners and trade partners to access. Everything is streamlined when using procore

I like how Procore offers everything into one site. We do not have to hop back and forth between different applications and softwares in order to run our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Procores ease of use and accessibility can be better. Some of the applications on Procore are hard to grasp especially for people new in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving the problem of job site visibility. Through daily logs it eliminates the need for PMs to drive to site and overall helps us be more efficient and better.
