My Procore Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Procore's customer service responds so quickly. I love that the company focuses on the importance of mental health and diversity as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates are not always communicated out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved our issues with documentation management. As a life safety provider, having proper records kept benefits our business and clients alike!
Procore Financials connected to ERP
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily integrate with external ERP platforms via it's open API.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation of API objects could be improved on the API documentation portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of having a connected view of construction financials with an ERP.
Document Management is Key
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and tech support. Its very easy to upload and self explanitory

When they change a tool that didn't need to be fixed

Procore Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the software is flexible, custumizable and hasa ton of integrations. You can build an api to pull and transform the data as needed to other platforms. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
IT administration of Procore tenant needs work. There is no easy way to see what users have built api's on the tenant using thier developer accounts causing a security vulnerability. What about DOD CMMC security standards being released? As Procore isn't Fedramp approved we will not be able to use Procore for government contracts causing a huge disruption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is attempting to solve our api errors at the moment. Custom fields are a pain when using autofill pdf settings. My understanding that there will be fixes for this in the future.

The ability to have a platform that our entire company can use that keeps all relevant project info and communicattion in one location.

Cost. Cost. Cost.

Central center for the constructrion team, architects, and owner to collaborate and keep informed.
Great Integrated Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are intuitive, documentation is fantastic, and the ability to have one item be "promoted" to another, while maintaining the linkage to the original item.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not many items I dislike about Procore, but if there was one is the fact that there is not a "boot camp" to get a broad knowledge about the product offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a single platform that our company uses to build projects. No more looking on several servers to find information.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore makes the lives of our project teams better by connecting all stakeholders under one platform. It also replaced 10 applications our project managers were asked to use on a day to day basis prior!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that would be helpful would be if Procore had a program to support the self perform teams - our civil and utility team would love to leverage the financial module just like our standard CM activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication! The ability for our teams to have access to the latest information and being able to communicate, thru the platform with all stakeholders
Drawing sharing is no longer a pain
What do you like best about the product?
It used to be a headache to ensure everyone was working on the same drawings! Now it is no longer a question, I can update drawings before heading to site and review them with everyone

Everything is a separate module and you have to purchase it company wide to even trial it

Drawing sharing has been the biggest benefit as well as a dashboard of active submittals and rfis

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything available in one spot. Being able to upload changes and distribute vs emailing everyone. The submittal tool is helpful

Being on a GC's Procore vs having our own procore. A lot of double entry.
