Procore platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Procore genuinely seeks feedback from it's users and uses the feedback to improve the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed at which the budget screen and budget detail view load. They are very slow!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has allowed our job teams to limit how many different programs they have to access in a day. By allowing the system to tie in to so many other technologies, it has made our teams more efficient.
Standard tool
What do you like best about the product?
Procore gives us the ability to standardize our work and work more efficiently. Communicating and sharing data using the Procore platform and workforce has created a great work environment for the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to see an easier way to update data, such as a list serve. Integration with owner's platforms would be a key improvement, as this is one of the most asked requests recently.

Gives us data in one place. Standard approach and streamlines our work

I love how Procore connects peoples together and streamlines the construction process

The lack of connectivity between user platforms (i.e. Sub to GC)

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration among the stakeholders is truly game changing and learning how Procore is adapting to new technologies and spearhead the innovation is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think anything major but would prefer more flexible permission module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Procore, I don't need to use 10a of other software to take care of my project needs. It's true one stop solution.

The ease of use, particularly the project management tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
The ERP Integration. The financial tools have improved a lot over the last year, which is exciting to see, I'd like to see an integration with the Owner Invoicing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency in the field. Improved communication and collaboration amongst all project stakeholders. The data reporting/analytics is extremely useful. We have never had such a robust reporting and analytics tool or capabilities until Procore Analytics opened our eyes to Power BI. Overall employee and user satisfaction. The construction industry is a tough business, anything we can do to make it easier on our field folks, including our trade partners, is a big benefit.

Ease of use on Ipad, easy to open drawings in the field

procore somtimes crashes and causes rework to work that was already complete

procore helps keep updated drawings, rfi, and submittals in order

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore can be used on both your phone and desktop. This provides a great transition from office to field work activities. I prefer Procore over others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Procore is that there are many ways to incorporate the tools provided in your project. This can also be great at times but can cause confusion as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps organize and track project data that can be used daily for estimating, quality control, ,and tracking daily activities. I use the app daily on my project.
