Exceptional Organization and Workflow Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers strong organization and clear, concise workflows. It ensures that subcontractors and trades are kept informed about any documents that are required or still pending submission. This feature is especially helpful in my daily work, as it provides reminders in case I forget to follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have any issues with Procore or what it can do. My company's internal settings seem to be restricting what I can access or accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helpful to have all coordination updated in real time, with notifications sent out whenever changes occur. I also appreciate being able to access previous versions for comparison, all conveniently located in one place.

It organizes all the information related to your project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling the drawing sets and their revisions has been my main focus. Keeping everything organized and up to date is essential for smooth project management.

"The organization of Procore stands out to me - everything has a logical place, which is crucial when you're managing multiple tasks on a job site. Plus, the free knowledge base and training materials make it easy to learn new features and troubleshoot on your own."
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve initially, especially with all the features available. But once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes second nature. The free training resources help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Field Access to Information: It solves the problem of needing to go back to the trailer or office for documents. Having instant mobile access to drawings, specs, and submittals means I can answer questions and make decisions right there on site, which keeps work moving and prevents costly delays.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Procore allows all team members, including project managers, foremen, and engineers, to distribute information effectively. The ability to share information smoothly is really beneficial. Features like submittals, RFIs, and the capability to point out, modify, and edit drawings stand out and help in distributing information to the team efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a great program. I don't have any negative to say.

Procore helps distribute information to all team members, project managers, foremen, and engineers. It facilitates communication through tools like submittals and RFIs, and allows us to modify and edit drawings effectively.
Centralized Platform with Efficient Budget Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore helps us have all info in a single platform and allows visibility to our teams and vendors. The Budget tool is particularly useful, as it helps us have all the projected costs organized and learn from previous works where we have not budgeted correctly. I also found the initial setup to be easy.

I think the mobile application could be improved. It should allow us to do all the tasks without using a laptop.

The company I work for uses Procore, so it's a requirement. I'm hopeful that client submissions are improved and made easier, utilizing this program.
Great for Organization, Needs Offline Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Procore's ability to tag pictures for review by my team. This feature significantly enhances our communication and ensures that everyone is on the same page with project developments or issues. It streamlines our review process and facilitates efficient collaboration. Moreover, the initial setup was straightforward and user-friendly, as my boss set up my profile and all I had to do was sign in. This ease of onboarding made the transition to using Procore seamless and stress-free for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated by the offline experience in Procore, which feels slow at times. My biggest issue is the days when the system seems sluggish or completely fails to function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore for digital storage of QA/QC functions and tagging pictures for team review, enhancing organization and communication.
Excellent Document Management, But Financial Tools Need Streamlining
What do you like best about the product?
Document management. (Submittals, RFIs, Drawings, Observations) is well developed and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Financial management is still awkward requiring double and triple entry to process changes.

Having the drawings tool be able to provide the latest drawings, but easily track the history

I love how Procore allows me to work at my own pace to complete various certifications, which is incredibly important for managing my learning schedule. The construction education features are valuable to me because they help me gain more knowledge in the certifications I need. I appreciate the comprehensive nature of these courses, such as the BIM Manager course and the Safety Qualified Series, which have contributed significantly to my professional development. Additionally, I find Procore easy to navigate, which enhances my learning experience as I can efficiently go through the required material without unnecessary hassle. Overall, I love Procore entirely and find it to be an indispensable tool in my professional toolkit.
