It can be overwhelming to someone new to the programs as it has so many capabilities

It helps us keep track of project data effectively which minimizes the challenges that our accounting department has tracking costs

ProCore has a simple interface that give any level end user the ability to navigate the program, both easily and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up ProCore with your financial tools can be a task based on your company is looking to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ProCore is helping our staff keep organized and stay on the same page. Helping to eliminate issues that previously would present themselves.
Long Time User of Procore - It works
What do you like best about the product?
The platform does a great job of helping small to mid size companies establish procedures and increase communication. This is not only helpful at the project level, but from project to management, project to accounting, and project to other projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of modules to learn... not just how they work in procore, but how are we were going to use these tools. We struggled with some trial and error of how we woudl use these tools for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track issues, communicate effectively, control documents, review schedules and manage projects. We also use it for invoicing.

What do you like best about the product?
For construction project management especially drawing management, Procore is effective platform. I can easily manage and track changes and the status of the project. It is a cloud based platform and provide unlimited space for storing projects details.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my experience, Procore is a descent platform for construction project management (easpecially drawing and models). But it is not customizable, due to which it is sometime not suitable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Procore for different purposes. Such as checking and monitoring the changes and the status of the projects, checking and managing the necessary drawing, and some accounting related stuffs. In all of these work, Procore is a very useful platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have team punch lists and tasks. The drawings tool is also very helpful to managing changes and project statuses. These help team members stay on taks and be aware of all the little details that can tend to get lost in large deployments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that you have to do ProCores way, and not necisarily how your bussiness may deploy proejcts. But this isnt a deal breaker, just an adjustment for teams to make while deploying prjects

Being able to keep all prject details in one place. Keeping teams on task and efficency up. Procore is also helping us with change management that has saved us a ton of money.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a comprehensive and extremely powerful tool whose features are absolutely amazing. It is very intuitive with an user friendly interface making all the facets easy to organize and flow up on. As a project manager in a diverse company being able to keep an eye on our multiple projects can be quite a task but Procore has been such a life saver. With it you can be able to to track all the projects from a unified dashboard. Their plan documentation, financing and progress from the initial planning stages to every other project stage till completion and offer storage and uploads - photo and videos of all of these. These give real time data insights to track project workflow. And create automated project reports which saves valuable time. In addition to it, Procore supports edits and markups to plans incase of any changes, store originals and generate time stamps for the purpose of auditing. You can also share project documation with those on site for reference and follow up purposes. Procores live chats and support makes it easy to respond to any problem that arises especially on site.
Bidding is part of project management and Procore has come in handy in providing templates for creation of bid forms and creation of professional proposals. It also facilitates sharing of bids proposals and unify useful bid data for accuracy in bid calculations .
Procore versatility allows it to integrate with third party products to ensure quality of inspection of projects.
The fact that I really appreciate is that Procore is available 24/7 as a mobile app making it possible to have access to all this information asap making it just perfect project management tool for a busy construction industry

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downside so far especially for the fact that the customer support team is always in my reach and respond to any query with soo much clarity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have so far used Procore majorly for the management of our sites on a single dashboard from finances to plan documentation. It see us through all the stages of all projects. Field reporting has so far been the most helpful feature to help keep track of each site's progress. We upload videos and site photos to get a s clear picture of actual things on the ground. Also management of our bid from proposal to calculating bid returns has been made simpler by Procore. When integrated with Google calendars we get notification on project deadline or other tasks supposed to be done about projects

What do you like best about the product?
One of the outstanding features of procore is the real-time data insights which enable us to identify construction workflows that require improvement and refinement for increased productivity. I also like the punch list tracking tools that enable us to track all tasks in the punch list which ensures that all tasks are taken care of and completed successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some intricate customization options are difficult to use and understand and this may bring complications in tailoring the platform to specific construction needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has helped to improved the effectiveness and efficiency of our construction projects thus ensuring proper management and completion of projects. It has been critical in tracking of projects and collaboration on the same which has ensured that our construction project workflows are streamlined.
Amazing experience with Procore Software
What do you like best about the product?
Its a cloud based construction management software, there are many features which I personally feel that are amazing like its Document managment , the large files are easily uploaded and download also it keep record of the files and allow authentic access to everyone in the team.
It offers a mobile app version which helps us to get connected with the team members even we are away from the system.
with the integration of other application like estimation software it helps in easily exchanging data over other platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is not much customizable in compare to other software like BIM360 which is focused on Building Information modeling, so this should be improved. Also initial training is required to use it hence it is complex in compare to other softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps in many ways , with the integration of AI is helps in handling the risk involved in a project and also helps in making a decision, this saves our time. When we are working remotely, we need to exchange the data and other informative details between different teams so it helps in exchanging the data easily. It helps in managing the quality related issues so that we can manage the quality standards.
