Great all encompassing tool for construction management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have all facets of our construction processes in one place, and viewable from anywhere, allows me as the VP of Operations to monitor and support our teams in a consistent manner regardless of location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Consistency in entering data across the different tools. Some areas names are sorted by last name, other areas by first name.
In thier change management tools it should be evident from the onset of setting up a change event a clearly stated place of if it is tied to a CE, SCO, PCO and/or PCCO. If this complete life cycle was apparent on each of these pages it would save a lot of time.
The project analytics and forecasting are difficult and require a lot of outside manipulation of numbers and running reports to cross reference different tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to utilize one program for 80% of our management in projects. This creates efficiencies between our office, team and subcontractors that we didn't have with previous programs.
My Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like that way the budget is located in one area and that everything associated with cost from subcontractor change orders to owner change orders are located in one software. I also like the RFI and submittal processes and the ability to track "who" is holding things up in teh review process.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the steps to move a change order with ROM costs gets very confusing. I have had to manually go back and remove those costs. It may be the way I am approving the costs, but I woudl think that once a change order is processed that the ROM costs would be removed from the budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know that Procre is working to add the bid/estimating process to its software. I ahve not used that as of today, but look forward wo seeing who the problem is solved.
Procore is an awesome and a very productive platform for managing construction projects
What do you like best about the product?
Using Procore as a construction project management platform is very productive as it makes it easy to bring onboard every thing about the project under one single visualization dashboard and this helps gain a clear real-time visibility and understanding of each and every step of the project as it progresses from the initial stages to the final stages. It is a well organized platform, has a simple user interface and visualization options are very engaging and easy to use. Procore has a very supportive customer support system with a 24/7 availability and this means they quickly respond to your requests. The team has real experts who offer professional and step by step assistance to make sure you overcome any challenges or issues that your are experiencing. The online community also always comes in handy in solve issues that are commonly experienced by other users. It is open to integration with third party products like DocuSign and Criterion HCM among many others so it adapts quickly to your existing working infrastructure.
It offers very reliable communication channels including messaging and others which makes it possible to have a seamless communication experience between those on the field and those working in the office. The communication tools also helps teammates to communicate and collaborate effectively as a team during projects. It is easy and fast to access any project data that you need. The analytical and reporting tools helps analyze your projects performances and progress so as to have accurate insights about your projects which can be used to make very informed decisions on how to improve them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since i started using Procore, i have never faced any difficulties from any of its features. All the features have very user-friendly interface which makes it smooth to access and use them. Also, the customer support team of experts are very responsive so any time i have a question, they always come through to assist. Every single feature in Procore has a designated function which makes it a complete solution for construction project management so, i have not seen any feature that is least helpful.

Procore as a complete solution for construction management helps us meet our daily project management needs. It gives a robust yet easy to use platform where we can onboard all our projects data and information for easier tracking management and control. We have used it for a while now and it has always met our requirements by offering just exactly what was promised during implementation.
We have seen a great improvement on how we manage our projects since we started using it. Now, we all able to monitor all the projects performance having a clear view on each and every step that is being carried out. It helps us to keep in touch as team mates so as we can share all the necessary information with ease a thing that has helped us seen greater results by working as a team.

Everything is categorized in a simple to use and easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of permission needed to give out for the release of documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The usw of a digital drawing and convience of having them anywhere.

Comprehensive, Collaboration-Driven Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find Procore's setup process to be straightforward, which made the initial transition smooth. I appreciate Procore’s robust collaboration features, particularly with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, enhancing my project's coordination. The variety of tools like drawings, specs, and financial management in one location significantly benefits my workflow efficiency. These aspects, along with its comprehensive features, would make me choose Procore again and contribute to my high recommendation score of nine out of ten.

I dislike the need for more customization options within Procore.

I find Procore enhances collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors by centralizing multiple tools like drawings, specs, and financial management in one location, boosting project efficiency.

the model viewer feature had good upgradeduring the last year

using the observations tool is very hard to find "assign to" person when i cant start type the name in the drop down menu

it geving me the option to use models on the field without internet connection

What do you like best about the product?
I like everything about Procore. It is an efficient database that helps us each and every single day to track and manage our projects. Once we started using this software it saved us so much time and allowed us as a team to become more efficient, both in the field and office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I ever had with Procore was when there was an update being done. There were a few times in the past that updates were being done during business hours, so when the site was done, we were not able to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore made our company become more efficient. It made it much easier for our team to work collectively. It also has saved us money on paper products becuase we no longer need to print hundreds of drawings and documents, becuase it is on the database. In addition, we are saving some trees as well :)

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand interface and clear steps to ensure all requirements are met. It allows all inforamtion adn data to be specified and split into relevant places inside ProCore

There is alot to understand and grasp onto. It can be overwhelming at first. The Learning Centre and video tutorials offer clear, straight forward instructions as well as the understanding behind it
