The program is awesome. I can handle twice the workload using Procore.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to invite a ton of subs without the other subs knowing. It even sends a reminder days in advance to the due date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every sub wants to learn or use Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again the time I save in the bidding process. With Procore's directory, I was able to get plenty of subcontractors to bid, especially where my sub list was thin.
Procore is a pivotal tool to the success of my project team.

I have seen some updates and improvements with some of the financial tools.

What do you like best about the product?
On my projects the primary use of Procore is financial. We also use for submittals and RFI's, but those can be dependent on the architect or owner of the project. Low the ease from a change event to an owner or commitment change order.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently snyc with Spectrum and there are areas where that can be probomatic. In specific one are of the link only allows for 25 characters and it is a description field. Spectrum allows more in the linked field, but something about the link requires a shorter description.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my superintendent allowing him to take photos on his phone directly from the Procore App, streamlines the process of field documents. The link from Procore to Docusign for change orders is very helpful.
Procore is user friendly and helps with day to day tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Procroe has great customer service and any issues that arisee are delt with promptly. In addittion to that the user interface is very easy to use and is not complicated at all to use the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the drawing overlay tool, you can only adjust the overlay on the app not the desktop version, additionally when you expeort that over lay it exports as a photo so if you zoom in the drawings become unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day tasks such as shop drawing reviews and chnage review and general document control. Procore makes it easy to retreive documents and keep them in order.

really do not like the 'publiush' feature as it makes it very confusing

it solves the problem of knowing the status of a completed task
My experience with Procore has been positive and find it easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The coordination with project team members, in assigning submittal and transmittal. I like the meeting setup as well.

I dislike that Commissioning is listed under Observations only.

Communication with the project team members on commissioning related items on a construction project.
Amazing Tool For Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can upload submittals for a project and all parties can have immediate access to them. Having up to date information is very important in my field.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification system could use some work. I often get many emails for updates that do not involve me. I wish there was a way to filter notifications so that I only receive what's necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of communication and coordination often happens when multiple enties are involved in a single project. Procore is helping solve the problem. It helps hold everyone accountable.
Great one stop for project management tools
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the flexibilty to do it on a phone or tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any downsides to using it.

Drawings and specs are very easy to obtain through Procore via any device.
Procore from an EIT perspective
What do you like best about the product?
Good way of keeping track of site documents and directions. Marterial spec sheets are helpful to track on here too as it creates synergy between engineer and conractor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the export features are difficult, such as exporting RFI's and FCR's with all the attachments included. Often the contractor has to complile them manually before sending to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creates a place where the consultant and contractor/site team have access to the same documents. Much easier than emailing back and forth.
Procore is user friendly, simplistic, and created for the contractor.
What do you like best about the product?
I find Procore to be most helpful w/ it's organization and that it's geared toward a contractor's usage. All items are tracked and modules speak to one another. Having all project information linked and in one platform is efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my position I find the downsides of Procore to be found in the change management processing. Sometimes it can be clunky and cumbersome. I understand the reasoning, however the amount of steps for a change or re-issue seems overload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have problems with Procore at the moment. The only issues for me would be integration issues but I'm not sure if this is a corporate issue or a Procore issue.
