Great product, definitely a key product for our business
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is a one stop shop for full project Management. It intigrates all aspects of project management into one location and gives a clear and concise format for logging and presenting it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the price is high but for the amount of tools it is understandable. Additionally the financial portion of the tool can be frustrating as it forces backing out of all more recent items to fix something in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving many problems at once, the biggest benefit in my eyes is that it ensures that all parties have full access to their information at any time. There is no more claims of trades not getting drawings or site instructions and errors accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Doc control system is easy to update and keep track of. QA system is customisable and able to be completed by anyone, not just the PC. Much better than current alternatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects are unable to be customised, there are no "sub albums" for photos and so many more photo folders are created then what is neccessary, causing clutter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our subcontracors more aware and accounable for their QA. Easy access to drawings when out onsite, and able to store and look back on photos from years ago.
Easy to use and a time saver
What do you like best about the product?
Love that everyone has all the information at the touch of their hands. This saves time and costly mistakes. The communication part of the program is great as you cant remember to follow up on every unanswered question or defect.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would like to see is an integrated construction program scheduling module. I think this is the only thing its missing and would be a perfect program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Defect management, making sure all contractors have the latest information in their hands at all time to minimise costly mistakes. Also getting questions answered through RFI reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. File systems and metadata storage are very good. Sharing information with other team members is always seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation and information storage and information. Library of photos, material slips, and work progression.

Mobile app sometimes crashes and takes a long time to load certain documents

Accessibility of certain documents anywhere at the site. This saves time and makes me more productive
It has a lot of good features, but there are few flaws that are wildly irritating
What do you like best about the product?
Always up to date CD's, autogenerated submittal lists and distributions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that when you are on a dwg set that is 2 pages or more, when you navigate to pg 2, click on a sheet and then close it, it defaults back to page 1, as opposed to where you were. Moreover, you have the option of expanding or minimizing disciplines within the dwg set. But, very similiar to the aforementioned problem, when you navigate bw pages, anything minimized returns to the default expanded. How to make this better? When you close a sheet, it should take you back to where you were. If you minimize a discipline, it should stay minimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the dwg management, especially keeping everything up to date is an excellent feature. Punch list is great, but a major flaw with that is only registered procore users can access those codes. That does not help the 400+ laborers who work on the jobsite. Only the foreman or a supervisor who is registered can use them, which defeats the purpose to the end user.
Procore has been excellent.

I love how they have a support chat to help you the with any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate when the servers go down and I'm not able to finish work.

They're solving communication between the archectect and contractor.
I only use the daily log.

The daily log. I like how all the info you need or could use is all in one spot.

I haven't found anything that was not helpful.

Procore gives the team easy access to everything needed to know to get the job done. It also manages projects, resources and finanacials from plan to close.
Using the platform for work since last 4 year and totally loving it

It is streamlined, easy to access and has all information available and ready when you need it in a reliable format
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore does not communicate directly with SAGE 360 that our accounting team uses.

All construction management needs under one platform including the commitments and reports helps to easily organize and manage the jobsite.
Procore is everything you could ever want for Construction Software.
What do you like best about the product?
i like how you can load in as many photos as you want. i love the daily log drop down menus, and i love how you can list all contractors in the directory where you can easily access their information.
What do you dislike about the product?
there isnt much i dont like about procore. however it can be a little slow every now andf again and sometimes that can be frustrating when you have a lot of information to input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows us to successfully log any remedial work needed and any issues along the way. it allows us to send bulk emails to all contractors listed on the site and gives us access to drawings very easily.
