What do you like best about the product?
Procore's filing system is great to use, its commitment and submittals tools also make those processes better
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the new innovations change the user interface and make the user experience more tedious and cumbersome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping with the proper coordination of our projects, Procore also has a great meeting tool that helps with the week-to-week tracking of activities and deliverables
Project Software of the Future
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very easy to use & learn. Old school contractors/builders can quickly pick up on the software and use to their advantage. While other softwares do not guide you, procore will always give step by steps or helpful hints to aid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some items cannot be unlocked unless done so by admin, meaning a user (Project engineer) would need to ask for others for access. Scheduling tab sometimes does not update with percentages or take in excel files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Record keeping. It has become very easy & efficient to keep all drawings in order with any mark ups needed. Once we get information regarding a certain item in, we can update in drawings and quickly let all other subs/team members know.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stop shop for all your PMS needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The submittal tool needs more integration into the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore makes it easier to deal with project administration and makes it esier to pull reports on things you need.
I've used a few other construction software but Procore is the best I've seen.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing Structure, Lack of immediate response on ERP (although attention received but after multiple requests), Being uninformed of inactive functionalities; Removal of some very valuable and user friendly reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't think Procore is solving problems rather it is providing a platform for enhanced performance.

Not seperating bids by bid category. Slows down the process immensely

Streamlining our processes and helping us communicate with our subs

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of accessing project files, SI-CD's and the cross platform integartion with softwares like Revizto
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Procore could improve by partnering with more softwares to provide an eco system for storing all king of construction related documents.

Best Construction Software
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the best software out there. They make it quick and easy to document anything that comes up on a jobsite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore mobile app could be better, but overall it is better than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving issues with documentation. If anything comes up on the jobsite, you can easily document it and it will stay there throughout the project.
Great Tool for Superintendents
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly create RFIs for projects and the tools for photos and plan sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more tools for editing/commenting on plan sheets.

Organization at its Best!
What do you like best about the product?
If Procore is set up for you correctly, it makes running projects easy and efficient. Copy and paste works well as does most of the basic computer coding. Once you learn, it's easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you have admin rights, you can't move things in Documents so what's the point of creating files if you can't move things into them that's already there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording and saving files are essential for protecting the company in court. My job requires the acquistion of training records and inspection forms on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
At our company, Procore helps us manage multiple projects across various states. Its user-friendly interface is highly beneficial to our field workers, while its versatility caters to our office team's diverse requirements. Using Procore has streamlined several procedures and made them less complicated. Overall, it has proven to be an invaluable asset to our company and allowed us to take on more projects with confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to set up my own project templates and contract exports. Right now you have to use their team at an additional cost or by using the complimentary hours they give you when you first setup your account.

Procore has successfully resolved the challenge of efficiently distributing project information to all relevant parties, while also effectively limiting access for those who only require the use of a few of the tools.
