Simply Put... Better Than The Other Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to use platform. While most of the features can be figured out easily, there is an extensive training platform and helpful resources to really train the end-user how to affectively use every aspect of Procore.
As an administrator I find it very easy to customize and configure the platform to meet the needs of the companies I support - whether for a specific project or company-wide. This can be with custom fields or custom permission templates that can be applied globally with a few clicks of the mouse.
Ultimately, I like that Procore listens to their customer base and updates their platform based on customer feedback. While it may not be done as quickly as we might like, it is always done well with a ton of thought and research.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the reporting aspect. Yes, a user can export a pdf or csv file containing data, or even create a quasi-custom report with one (1) visual per page, the reporting tool does not allow for complete control no matter how you look at it.
We use other platforms that allow us to create truly custom reports using Crystal Report writer then upload. Procore does not allow for this, meaning, we either use the very mundate reports or pay Procore $200/hour to develop something that we could develop in-house.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore brings all aspects of a project together in a very fast and easy to use platform. From pre-construction to close-out, Procore has the tools and features to keep the entire team informed.
As an administrator, developer, and former user, Procore makes it simple to capture information in the web, mobile or via their API. It really is a well-developed system.

Construction Management Essential
What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides a plateform for seamless communication. Procores increases project effeciency with data readily availble to keep the project running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore has technical difficulties but not on a regular base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping me manage large project by connecting all parties on a fingertip thus increasing productivity.
The levels of detail are endless within Procore!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore continues to amaze me with the number of different things you can do with it. There is a tab for nearly everything and you can get the best picture of a project by reveiwing its many different tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The submittals tab can be slow and the app will crash at times if a big file is opened. This could be the ipad or operating system as well, I am not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is putting everything in one place; making a one size fits all solution for any project. I have enjoyed using procore over other competitors and felt like it has allowed me to have time for other things during my day!

The RFI and Submittal logs are great, they really help me find what I am looking for easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The document viewer for the drawings section could be a little more streamlined. Currenly it can't switch to different drawings as quickly and smoothly as just downloading them into bluebeam as one large drawing set.

Helps me keep all of my submittals organized and allows for easy tracking of what needs to be done.
The Best construction project management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
With unparalled diversity of controls, tools and Intuitiveness, I strongly believe this is a perfect tool for any medium to large scale construction project management. It keeps structural engineers, designers, work site personnels, managers and directors in a loop and allows to add/modify data. It just becomes 1 go to place for every stakeholders involved in a construction project which greatly helps reduce confusion/miscommunication where it can happen quiet often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have personally used windows/desktop version only while at work and have had a seamless and great experience but I have seen people on the floor with mobile app struggling using some of it's features. They have reported app lags a lot and couldn't open some site plans smoothly. May be that part needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helped us keeping all the tachnical as well as managerial data tied to all contruction ongoing projects on 1 platform, which greatly helped us avoiding any confusion/miscommunication.

it's kind of slow. Sometimes it be ones very sluggish

The scattered nature of the construction industry in which it has a lot of moving parts and having everything under one roof helps tremendously
Document control - up-to-date is distributed while allowing version control and lookback.

The document tool is what I will realy give a thumbs up and the drawings tool.

Customisations - Some seemingly simple customisations or improvements are primarily unavailable or ignored

What do you like best about the product?
Procore centralized our construction business processes in one place from Sales and Estimating, Administration, planning, and field productivity, it's all there!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little long to customize and does take some time to implement but once it's done you will save so much time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us centralize everything, keeping everyone in communication within the projects. I don't need to jump from one tool to another. The integration we have with docusign is of great help as well for contract signing, change order signing and purchase orders and subs contracts.
Procore has been helpful in streamlining day-to-day and impromptu processes.

- Administrative settings in general are not granular enough
- Some ERP integrations are set up in a way that encourages everything to happen in Procore - sometimes, this is not feasible

Procore is solving the issue of getting real-world processes into a digital format that is practical and sustainable.

What do you like best about the product?
In my role as Controller, Procore allows my project teams to see all costs associated with their project in real-time.

Still looking for a better solution for the download and costing of credit card charges
