One stop shop
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have one place for all my project management needs
What do you dislike about the product?
The major downside I see is the attachment of documents in the change orders. You should be able to download/ print all backup together similar to an RFI rather than having to click the blue link each time on the main change order page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've seen multiple improvements just within the last year on Procore processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Have everything in the palm of my hand. Making reports in real-time, seeing the plan I'm building online, and at the same time making changes to it to project progress is a great follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to upload videos to the photo section. Sometimes videos are required to expose better progress than to do it with a photograph. So far, no other inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me have more excellent coverage when carrying out safety inspections and following corrective and preventive actions. Being able to indicate subcontractor assignments in real time provides a quick opportunity to close them.
Intuitive and Functional
What do you like best about the product?
Procore can be the one-stop-shop for jobsite data - if you're ever needing info on a job (photos, inspections, certificates, communication), Procore had a very easy way of filing all this info consistently across all projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Drawing/Plan functions are very basic. We are constantly chasing up old revisions and duplicate documentation because staff are required to download documents in order to do measurements and mark-ups on drawings. Procore do both of these, but way too basic for what the industry needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency with records, providing a step by step to getting a commercial job built in a certifiable/ compliant manner

What do you like best about the product?
Clear and simple user interface. Broad reach means most trade partners and clients know their way around the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Running into clients that have their own Procore accounts (forcing us to effectively lose access to everything we've developed for our account).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Serving as a single source of truth. Everything is where it should be.
Procore - Specialty Contractor
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless sharing of information between Project Management and Field Supervision.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration - getting old school processes eliminated and acceptance of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our primary uses is to streamline our prefabrication and field processes, improving overall communication and capturing workflow integration.
Constantly innovating
What do you like best about the product?
Constant improvement, feedback implemented, easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Improved connection to Sage, insurance tracking tools, more ability to customize forms internally without using custom forms solutions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile tools are great for the field teams, single source of information for project teams, accountability
Great Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Procore makes keeping the whole project team on the same page and up to date. No more need to print out new drawings every time there's a new revision; just update the drawings on Procore and everyone on the project team will have access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's a web-based product, if your internet connection isn't solid, you will have some issues. The cost can be high as it's based on the value of the work you are running through the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore creates a silo for information pertaining to the project and is a great way to disseminate information to the field without needing VPN access or an FTP site.
Subcontractor use of Procore
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a highly robust program. We have tailored parts of it to fit what we want to use it for and have several custom reports built to get the information we want. There is not a program we have found that is comparable to all of the features Procore has.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main detractor of Procore is the price increases. They are not consistent and are typically much higher than we anticipated initially. We are getting to the point as a company where we are evaluating other programs to use in lieu of Procore strictly due to the yearly cost increases. We have had promises of not getting price increases at such large amounts, but that typically gets followed through on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main reason we began using Procore was to be able to keep drawings current from the office to the field on our projects. We have since used it for photo documentation, production reporting, and safety as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in each of the project management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations with Workforce Planning and the inability to filter in a way that makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a place where everyone on the project can see the necessary items for each jobsite.
You can run a commercial construction job entirely from Procore.
What do you like best about the product?
You can keep all of your job information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much you can do that it takes a while to learn how everything works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you can get all of your subcontractors on Procore, everyone has access to the same information.
