You can run a commercial construction job entirely from Procore.
What do you like best about the product?
You can keep all of your job information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much you can do that it takes a while to learn how everything works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you can get all of your subcontractors on Procore, everyone has access to the same information.
Helps with organization for our interior design projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it keeps a lot of correspondence out of my inbox, where it would inevitably get lost. It automatically reminds our vendors that they owe us information, which is less for me to have to remember.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are SO many email notifications that they often lose their effectiveness. A once or twice daily summary of all current & new activities would be so much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us keep correspondence all in one location - from us (owners) to designers/architects, to contractors.
Procore for Owners
What do you like best about the product?
Procore for an owner is an excellent tool to manage projects. It is adaptable to our needs and is so easy to use. We have created custom tools and ways to make it most beneficial for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things that I don't like. I would like to be able to have better budget and schedule views through the app. I do like the ability to chat with my team through the app on different projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep everything organized and in one single place. As a team of owners we can all view each others projects and keep each other in the loop. This make our team communication way eaiser.
Workforce planning brought our manpower and operations into the 21st century.
What do you like best about the product?
It simplified our process of workforce and operations. The interface is so intuitive and easy to use. All of the information you need regarding your team is at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few filtering functions on the dashboard I would like to see added in the future.

It brought workforce planning and team member information to one easy to manage location.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore manages our projects from project planning to closeout. It provides the tools that our company needs as well as our subcontractors/vendors for the field operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific other than it is a bit on the pricey side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Procore teams are always doing updates and providing additional tools as needed and suggested by the Procore community.
Perfect Solution
What do you like best about the product?
As a General Contractor, Procore provides the solutions we need to operate efficiently. The Support Center is full of resources and training to implement new processes to us easily and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is when you have a great idea and they tell you they don't plan on implenting anything like that in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in one central location that is accessible to all is imperative in the GC world.
Game changer construction software
What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides a construction company with a means of storing construction documents from bidding, operations and finance. It then provides all the tools to manage a job from A to Z and have it accessible to you 24/7/365.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Procore system, although simple, is complex. There are many moving parts to the system that require proper training to master. In addition, we are a subcontracting company, and Procore was not necessarily made for us. We needed to adapt and use what was pertinent to us. Although Procore helped, we needed to figure most of it ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves our financial process. Using the budget tool we are able to track job cost instantaneously from anywhere. This is a key part of our project management. It allows us to determine how profitable we are.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore brings all the information into one spot. It makes us efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
'Hands on' training is sometimes lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping to track deficiencies by using Punchlist. It provides the most up to date drawings to trades/site team/consultants at all times. This keeps everyone on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has a variety of subjects that can be shared - photos from the site, reports, drawing packets, all of the data-type things needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it has so many options, it has a bit of a learning curve, but the on-line support was always able to resolve things within 15 minutes or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using it as a "user" for other construction companies as we do a fair amount of sub-contracting. We were looking for a way to share drawing sets with out techs in the field, and examined a half-dozen or so different options, The ability to tag and report on an assortment of devices in real time, even without a WIFI connection was what sold us.

What do you like best about the product?
All project information is in one accessible place. All stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information without increased effort from the project and administrative team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While switching between the desktop and mobile version of Procore there are some difference that can make it confusing. Certain settings and features are only available in one or the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore keeps all of our drawings, shop drawings, and specifications organized and accurate. This is beneficial to the current project as well as reference for future projects.
