Definitely one of the best software for Construction management!
What do you like best about the product?
The drawing application allows real-time updating of As-built drawings.
The tasks, observations, and RFIs tools help you follow up with your team's assignments. Overall the platform is very user-friendly and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
First, the license is charged according to the contractual amounts of your projects. I prefer a single annual fee. The Spanish version has minor bugs in translation, but I'm pretty sure they'll fix them along the way.
Second, the platform cannot use different currencies. In countries other than the USA, we usually have the primary contract in USD and the small purchases in local currency. Besides, the currency can only be changed with PROCORE assistance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better response from subcontractors on assigning duties to subcontractors, Real-time as-built drawings, and budget follow-up.
Overall the platform helps you standardize your processes since it's design thinking on the best practices on construction administration.

The Tool that Connects it All
What do you like best about the product?
The connectivity from the field, to the office, to the financial management is great. For jobs all across the country we are able to maintain uniform project management and safety tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that require many steps to accomplish one task - i.e. change orders require change events, then turn into potential change orders, that are then finally turned into change orders. Locating these and making the correct edits is sometimes tedious as you cannot make edits if one step along the way is set to "approved"

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple sites, multiple teams all around the nation. Forms/inspections are used, daily photos so we know what is going on at the site from our headquarters, uploading the most recent drawings/documents, having all directory information available to all users
Procore is a solid and dependable construction communications platform
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is easy to learn and easy to use. The platform is always "up". We can add our clients, architects and engineers to our project communications without cost to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Dislikes at this time. The system works well for us.

Great platform that is user friendly and a huge time saver
What do you like best about the product?
So many tools are available at your fingertips. Procore also has a great support site that walks you through any tool step-by-step, including videos. It's a great platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
How slow it can be in the afternoons. Procore also seems to update some tools more frequently than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are trying to make the tools as smooth running as possible. The ability to add custom fields is a huge benefit for my company and our use.
Great from a PM Standpoint
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great one-stop shop for my work as a project manager. I am able to utilize one program for punch lists, submittals, RFIs, drawings, all of it. The app is really convenient to use in the field. Customer service is exceptionally helpful as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be helpful to be able to link a schedule within the daily log as a sort of check and balance to understand who should be on site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had to use multiple programs for submittals, RFIs, punchlist, and drawings. Now it is all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The connection between our sites and the office is paramount to ensuring synergy within our Projects, by having real time data and live information decision making is that much easier than traditional methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an Au perspective, Safety Management could be better as we predominantly use the tool for communication and Quality systems. It would be great to be able to use Procore in the same way but for Safety so we have everything under one roof.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between sites and Project Teams to the office. Qulaity Management is paramount through Procore however, trying to implement Quality Management via traditional methods (e.g. paper) was near impossible, Procore has turned this around.

Procore is a user-friendly Platform that help us to be more efficient. The project information is always available for the entire team including designers, contractors and clients which is helpful to optimize times and reducing emails.
Project management tools: Drawings and Transmittals are its most powerful tools; Transmittals helps us to make official any information and with drawings we can always have access to the latest plans. Procore will always notify any revision update.

What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t have any issue at this moment. The only observation is that Transmittals items must be download one by one. We already posted an idea on Procore forum so a "download all button" can be incorporate on the platform just like the email notification.

Procore centralizes all the latest information, in this way we ensure up-to-date information at office and field improving team communication.

It's very intuitive and easy to navigate for employees in different departments.
