Patience
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place like a server.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not user friendly. Multiple live chat sessions to figure out how to do things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only benefit has been the automated bid deadline email update.
Great, but not foolproof yet depending on contractor using the program

all files and records stored in the cloud and easily accessible

Too many email notifications. Sometimes difficult to distinguish between auto-sent emails generated by procore versus emails received directly from a contact person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data storage, documents tracking, communications with all team members
The product is working very weel, and does what ESB was looking for to manage tour projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the scanning of the drawings and logs most of all

Nothing at this point. It works great for the folks using the package

It keeps all the documents in one spot; the searchability is excellent for finding things.
User Friendly, Collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Procore is the quick information I can get to my workers in the field. Often, a scope sheet or missing safety information can be sent directly to my workers, leaving them proactive in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules for change orders and change events seem redundant and I often get stuck in a loop not sure of where to go next. Also in the contracts module, you can hit the tiny number next to the contract to actually get to it but if I hit the name of the customer in the largest field I am directed to the customer directory page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have plenty of times when a superintendent or crew is switched in a job due to circumstances. Procore makes the information from documents, drawings, and daily logs easily sharable and we can pick up where we left off.
Overall it is a good program. Frustrating at times, but overall good
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. Comprehensive tools give it a broad range of uses. It is simplistic and every page uses the same simple idea of how to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slow. loading screens between each subject. unable to mass edit files. sometimes you are automatically sent to another screen, but are unable to go back to the previous screen. Red lining plans should travel from RFI's to the drawings without having to do it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest solve with procore is that the system is all encompassing. I don't have to use multiple different softwares to perform the same actions. the takeoff tool is also very helpful
Procore has been a great resource to use for project management.
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Procore for viewing drawings and uploading changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with ERP sometimes has difficulties, but Procore Support is very responsive and helpful to find solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy document management, submittal workflow, drawing management and subcontractor financial management.
Software Managed Construction Documentation and Distribution
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it has different modules that are well integrated and the option to customize some of these. My daily work life has changed tremendously as the boring and time-wasting management of creating and updating logs, and associated emails are a thing of the past.
Generally I would say that the time spent on administration has been cut down to 25% I would say. Yes, some features require some leg work up front, but in the end that is effort that pays for itself.
I also love that I have superb documentation that can be used in court should it ever come to it. This is specifically true for the daily log. Before it was on paper and the PM rarely saw it. Now it is digital, associated with specific documents and events, searchable and the guys put more information in it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am somewhat disappointed that the mobile versions differ slightly from IOS to Android. In addition, the tablet version cannot substitute a laptop/windows chrome version for the superintendents. That was a misconception at the beginning of our implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces time spent on admin, improves admin, reduces mistakes, adds more layers to daily logs, improves deficiency management, upgrades the shop drawing process and helps for a team to be up to date on the day to day.
Consulting Engineers perspective on Procore
What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly interface. Easy to track proogress including "ball in court". Good filters to sort information
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to sync data to an externally platform for record-keeping, This is particularly important as a Consultant when the Procore platform is administered by a 3rd party.

Contract Administration during the Construction Phase of a project
Intuitive Feel
What do you like best about the product?
I find Procore extremely helpful throughout the entire construction process. It helps streamline communication and keep everyone on the same page throughout the lifecycle of each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve when first learning to utilize Procore. However, having the instructional videos on hand and live tech support helps lessen the amount of time trying to figure out how to do things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has increased the amount of communication across the job site. I can communicate with architects and subcontractors to ensure RFIs are answered and make sure we are up to date with any changes.

The takeoff software needs adjustments on the drawing listing log.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it a real-time tool, as a project manager, i get real-time info from the site & can process information to all stakeholders on job in real-time.
