Project Management through Procore
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the photo features. I make many albums for each of my projects that help organize the photos. I like that the photos are online and not saved on my phone's hardrive. Linking photos to the drawings is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently the log in has not been working well on my desktop. I used to not have to click the login button and would stay logged in, but it has recently been somewhat of a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps us maintain our daily logs, photos, RFI and submittal documents under one umbrella that are available in the field. Having foreman see plans, specs and project information from their tablets or phones is great.

Paperless & smooth job
Easy to work with after some simple training.

Features are not stored in procore; they require computer modifications that not end users cannot make on their own.,

I have only found one issue, based on a software update. While the issue could not be resolved, speaking with customer service provided insight.

Top Shelf Construction Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Everything about Procore is helpful and amazing. Seriously. The ease in which to maintain a current construction set of drawings is unmatched. The support center and live chat is also clutch. I especially like the part that I can direct everyone in the field to this feature so that it doesn't fall on me to figure out for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
RFI tool needs some work.
Should have workflow structure for RFIs similar to submittals.
Also should be able to utilize distribution groups to assign RFIs - it is a pain when there are multiple assignees and EVERY time you have to individually add.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the project engineer, I used to have to maintain endless spreadsheets for all RFIs/Submittals/Drawing logs - now I don't even need excel. We are also able to take on more projects due to the ability to maintain them easier.
Invaluable tool for any construction project
What do you like best about the product?
Procore helps close the gap between office workers and field workers by providing the same tools and information at the tip of our fingers. Drawings, RFI's, submittals, schedules, ASI's, and BIM coordination are all just a few examples of tools that are used everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not necessarily an issue by Procore, but more of an accessibility issue to the program by some field workers. Many don't have the app or refuse to download it, creating that disconnect in the project. They don't always have the most up-to-date information and rely on the project superintendent to provide it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has greatly improved/solved the way we do punch list's at the end of each project. Before we would rely on a excel spreadsheet that we would distribute to our subcontractors. Now we can use the Locations tool, QR codes, and photos to provide greater detail for any items noted.
Procore keeps key stakeholders aligned.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy processing of submittals, RFIs, and documents. Utilizing the bids tabs along with the commitments creates a streamlined approach to buy out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting new users with the system. It is sometimes hard to get subcontractors to utilize the product thoroughly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting up to date information into the field quickly. RFIs, Submittals, and updated drawings are readily available to our craft personnel in the field.
Love Procore & Its functionality
What do you like best about the product?
As a PM running multiple projects it allows me to easily toggle from project to project as needed and have the relevant information at my finger tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mark-up tools are a little weak. Need overlay on the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drawing and plan management.
Pretty positive experience
What do you like best about the product?
The system is pretty straightforward to navigate and relatively intuitive. There is a lot of information at your fingertips through the Procore portal. It's easy to see what tasks are with you and to jump into older submittals/RFIs/Meeting minutes as required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mark-up function in Procore for submittals is not the easiest to use and doesn't have as much functionality as Bluebeam. I have seen some integration with Bluebeam so it would be good to see the markup functionality being integrated too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows reviewing of contractor submittals and revisiting historical reviews too so we can ensure the contractor is folowing the design and that changes are being implemented at the construction stage if required.
Great platform to help manage projects
What do you like best about the product?
easy access to the project folder and even easier review on the platform for RFIs, Submittals, and any document pertaining to construction projects workflow and so forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes logs off automatically..still can't figure out how to keep the damn thing logged in at all times. I'm sure this is an easy fix I just can't see, to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Close-out is organized and easy to find after project completion and when none of the project team members are still around to ask questions. The meeting minutes + other documents to track project progress are beneficial as well.
