Essential for projects
What do you like best about the product?
Everything related to a project can be stored in one place. Helpful in documenting important information from delays to inspections and just general notes. Visibility to observations can be customized heavily and easily used in the field to stay on top of things
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I've really ran into is that the mobile app seems to be built in a much more user friendly manner. Its handy that the website has many more tools such as inspection template customization. But for example the daily log is much easier and quicker to use in my opinion on the mobile app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much better tracking in terms of accuracy. Everyone is able to easily be on the same page and have access to all important information regarding the progress and success of a project

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Since I started using it, I haven't found anything I dislike about the platform but some users have found Procore to be complex, especially when first starting with the platform. The extensive range of features and customization options may require some time and effort to fully understand and utilize effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management: Procore provides a comprehensive suite of project management tools that help to streamline project workflows, improve collaboration, and increase visibility into project data. This helps construction professionals to better manage projects, stay on schedule, and keep stakeholders informed.
Document management: Procore makes it easy to manage project documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts. The platform allows users to store, organize, and share documents with stakeholders, reducing the risk of errors and miscommunication.

Amazing software that completely tracks everything on a project
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is fantastic at bringing everything under one "roof" to track, from the office or the field. It makes all the processes of construction so much easier. We have tried other competitors, and no one compares to Procore for construction management. Their support is top-notch, and they usually answer in less than 20 seconds!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite the beast to learn in the beginning, but they have plenty of training videos available to teach you and your people everything they need to know. From a pricing standpoint, it can catch you off guard initially, but you soon realize it's worth every penny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps solve many problems with construction projects; the first is that it takes all the noise of daily emails, papers, photos, etc., and puts them in one place. You can take pictures of issues and then attach them to a punch or point to the image on the plans so people know where it was taken. Procore also makes the process of Contracts, change orders, and purchase orders much more accessible. It's all in one place.
User Friendly and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter a task in many ways easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting too many email notifications sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to keep tasks moving from multiple team members and keep them on task.
Very useful, and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
All information is where it needs to be, you have everything on hand and in front of you, just a clicks of distance. Everything is organized, I did not try any competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is a little heavy, big size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not using time sending emails with RFI responses, or Submittals.
New User in a Construction Observation, Inspection and Quality Assurance of the Work Role.
What do you like best about the product?
The entire project is in one place No multiple clicks to different drives and/or file folders that team members have created. Team members for the project share the duplicate files and folders as you.
What do you dislike about the product?
That my Company does not use it. Also, I didn't have it available on a $36M 2-year project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can instantly review and respond to RFIs and Submittals effectively and on time. Seeing Contractor submittals and identifying time-sensitive or critical deliverables helps me maintain my schedule and avoid being held up by long lead time submittals. This allows for possible alternative schedule modifications that may shorten overall project completion providing cost savings to all parties. ProCore is also providing me with real time ability to see what Subcontractors are either behind schedule in their deliverables and may need extra support for meeting their Subcontract goals.
Procore makes my job so easy
What do you like best about the product?
I find that the best thing about Procore is the ability to update a project aspect and send email notifications all at once. When important items live only in the inbox, they are easily lost and forgotten about. Procore allows for a status update and immediate notification to the affected parties, but also keeps the information there to be referred back to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The function I dislike about Procore the most is the inability to "toggle" between RFIs and Submittals. For example, when I'm looking at Submittal #5, and I want to open up Submittal #6, I have to go out to the main page, scroll back down, and open up Submittal #6. I would love a feature where I can go through the whole list without exiting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the problem of disorganization. It allows for the owner of the project, the contractor, my CM team, and any other interested parties to check in on the status of items and the documentation without me having to download a copy of my files for them. Anyone can check in on the status of a submittal or RFI, and upload their documents as necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need is located within one program. And any changes are up to date and available to all that have access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many features that it can be overwhelming without a little training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about not having the most up-to-date prints and cutsheets. No more flipping through paper prints and the having to find the spec book and flip through it ti find what I need .
Easy to use Construction Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Field Team has access to all the information on the project they are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost, as a smaller firm the overall cost is a tough hurdle to overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document management and project documentation. Everyone one on the job is working off the same documents when used properly. Contracts are issued and the office staff can see real time where the costs are being allocated.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the tool options. The submittal, RFI, inspection, punch list, observation, PM tools in general are great. I also like the photo and form tools. I like the app on the phone and web browser. The function of use is great and it is great to keep a project organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just wish they could adapt faster and fix our changes. Editing the functionality of the tool would be great, but it takes a long time for them to update the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes document management much easier, faster and more efficient for all users. It allows us to collaborate and keep track of all documentation for the project.
