Great functional project management software that is very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn especially with the online training within the app. It makes it very user friendly. I use it daily and it helps me stay on top of the things I need to and I can pretty much do everything I need to do in the app
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the processes can be a little time consuming like observations for instance. If I could streamline that process , that would be beneficial to me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my subs are invited to my project which allows me to share information like changes to the plans which get updated within the app. You can limit what you want the subs to have access to so no sensitive info gets out unless you want it to. I am able to provide accurate descriptions along with photos when creating punch lists and observations. All of the RFI's and Submittals are handled in the app and I am able to inform the subs that need that info all within the app
Procore has been a resourceful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the commitments and being able to house all of my sub documents. I also like the ability to invoice the owner and track submittals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disklike beta the most.
I also struggle with the Procore to QuickBook's integration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having trouble getting a ProEst budget to populate into Procore and Procore is working on it.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and efficient coordination with contractors and good monitoring of RFI's and Submittals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that pdfs must be emailed instead of downloaded. Seems to be an added step that is not neccesary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps contractors honest and helps the Desing Build process.
Easy to use and understand
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Procore for the change event and change order functions because it all ties together in one package and makes creating change orders for subcontractors out so easy. I also love the fact that it is linked directly to DocuSign, so it makes it easy to send the change orders out and be able to track exactly where they are in the execution process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of times that it seems that Procore runs extremely slow, which hampers my ability to get things sent out as quickly as I would like to. It doesn't happen all the time, but there are days where it takes exceptionally long to load and that is a real bother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Change Orders are easy to send out and track where they are in the process, and that is a really big benefit when it comes to the accounting side of things and making sure the contract values are correct.
Good for onsite project management. Best use is photos and logs tracking.
What do you like best about the product?
Picture and drawing tools are best. Submittals are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Financial module isn't helpful, so we don't use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Submittals management is good, and the tracking of RFI's, etc is great. It is also the most efficient way to provide pictures to shareholders

The settings page as it is difficult to navigate through it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to easily manage Submittals, RFI's, easy access to drawings, observations, and punch items. Makes our project more easy going as everyone (owner, GC, subs) has access to the project's information.

What do you like best about the product?
Navigating in Procore is easy, and being able customize your toolbar for favorites each project is a nice feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the contractors I work for use Procore, which is nice, but I don't like that I have to log out of Procore to switch contractors. My work around is having multiple windows of Procore open, but it would be nice to be able to move between contractors as easily as it is to move between projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to all project information - drawings, RFIs, COs, PRs, etc. - in one place, and for everybody on the project.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to push information to the field when needed and for the field to pass on important info back top the office, especially when they are located in a remote location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The progress of improving certain items within the software that could be utilized in a more efficient way. Users have the best view of what is needed and Procore should be willing to listen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting large amounts of info back and forth between the field and the office. Keeping everything well organized and giving the field opportunity to put all daily info in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the simplicity it brings to managing a job and spreading information via documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was more user friendly for the people new to working with it.

Helps with getting information to the field fast and at the click of a button. When uploading new RFI's or Change Orders it makes it available instantly as well as permenantly.
